Can’t believe the guy actually yelled at me for leaving the company, he said I am an ass hole and that I used him and the company and if I had any respect, I would have stayed for another year.

I said “are you serious? a year? Jake I am not trying to offend anyone, I’m not happy here, why does it make me a bad person”

Jake: “Because you leave us before completing a year”

Roy: “look I don’t want any resentment with any of you, I just want to leave and I wish you guys the best of luck, it’s not like I leave after a week, I’m here for quite a long time and it just doesn’t work out, not your fault and not mine, so please”

Jake: “You are a snake, and you talk like a snake And don’t think you are not going to stay here during your 2 months notice”

In that moment, f~~~, should have recorded that son of a bitch and press charges against him, mother f~~~er talks to me like we are in the marines.
He is simply a team leader, not the f~~~ing owner of the company, so he should just chill, noone is doing anything to harm him.

That’s the tone of someone that doesn’t like some sort of advantage he’s loosing, I always shook the hand of any man that worked for me and decided to move on, everyone of them I still consider fried, happy to see each other in random passing, always stop and chat a minute or longer.

Tell people the f~~~ off! The world needs more of it. The asshats at the company I worked for prior to Uber still think there’s a chance I’ll come back. No thanks! I worked for them before. Each time work got slow, I got laid off. Meanwhile the bosses and the office personnel got their hours while I was on rotation prior to layoff. Once I leave a job, I don’t look back. I always remember why I left the place.

Every job I’ve ever worked at I’ve approached the “I’ve quit worse jobs than this, and better jobs than this. I’ve quit lesser paying jobs than this, and I’ve quit higher paying jobs than this.” I give companies zero loyalty. I only work overtime if it’s beneficial to ME, not to the company.

To ANY company, you and I are expendable. Why should you be loyal to that? I don’t ever give notices either. Fk em! I don’t get a notice when I get canned. Except when I’m getting canned. Way I see it, when it’s time to go, it’s time to go. No company has ever come up to me and said “we’re terminating you in two weeks”. But I’m supposed to give notice? fk that!

thanks, the dude really p~~~ed me off, I’m there for 10 months and since day one I am suffering.

People, there are a bunch of ass holes, they treat each other like crap and everyone is talking behind everyone’s back, who the f~~~ would want to work in such a place if one has a choice not to.

You should have done this. The outcome would not have been any different.

People who have their head so far up their own ass hole are beyond reason. There is no use having a discussion with someone that hold’s an attitude like that. One day that guys going to meet the wrong person and he will pay for it.
