When he sold the previous house he owned that was paid off ($980k), he transitioned the money into the new house and bought it through a trust he had an attorney set up.

But she didn’t know. All she saw was new lake house, Yay!!

It’s in an irrevocable trust, totally separate from his personal assets and whenever he dies, the legal beneficiary is the trust. With distributions of money set up to go to his kid over a 20 year period of time.

So the best she could hope for in a divorce with the house is a family court judge letting her live their with the kid until the kid goes to college.

Two years ago when I was at his house, the slut got back from some kind of event with the gifted, wonder child, 4.0 GPA genius.

And I could tell from the look in her eyes that something was up. I have radar for that stuff and am a master of female psychology.

I called an attorney I know , gave him her name and told him to keep an eye on public record for awhile.

Then. Bingo. Months later, it hit.

He called and told me a restraining order was filed by her against a guy. A married pumpkin filing a restraining order against a guy and ADDING her husband’s name to the petitioner side. Wow.

Then my attorney, splinter cell, covert ops maestro called me a week later when he had a chance to look at the content via an attorney access system.
