I swear if I owned a company and some blue haired, black-rimmed Nana Mouskouri glasses wearing, bottom row of teeth showing, nose pierced little t~~~ tried telling me I need to employ more women in the upper echelons, or close the gender pay gap, I swear I’d simply say no, and not even attemot to justify it. I’d just say no. I want men leading my company because I feel they’re better, more solid leaders.

The f~~~ed up part is that gender is in someone’s mind according to these people but we still need to give preference to what someone “looks” like, i.e. what gender the viewer assumed someone is. This is sex positive discrimination. In other words it’s not okay to discriminate against someone based upon gender but it’s totally okay to include someone exclusively because of their gender, makes sense doesn’t it?

I’m aware of the BBC’s bias, no doubt. I used to listen to BBC radio 4 when driving at night, but I cannot put that station on without hearing something about female oppression, or women in business, or the gender pay gap. So I choose to listen to music.

But whether I’d clicked on a BBC link or not, this particular master narrative is seeping into virtually every news outlet’s agenda. It’s now a cultural norm, and must be stopped.

Why? because communism seemed noble on paper, but look what happened there. I know the notion of equality and inclusivity is conceived as moral exellence, but it doesn’t seem to be working, because spiritually speaking it is alienating many, and like us, many are choosing to walk away from what could have been a working society, albeit an unfair one. But life isn’t fair, that’s a fact! Broad, blanket equality is an ideology only, and ideologies seem mostly to fail when put into practice.

Though women claim to have been oppressed through the ages, they were not the ones coming home from front lines with limbs, eyes, and genitals missing. They were not the ones who had to give up their place on the life rafts. They are not the ones with the lower life expectancy. As I said, life is not fair.
