The reason for the title is that even when I hit puberty pretty hard between the ages of 12 and 13, instead of becoming a thirsty horn-dog when it came to teenage girls and women, I viewed them as people I needed to be wary of even though I could not point to any solid reasons as to why I should do so.

As a result, I never felt any desperate need to lose my virginity or even date. Despite this, I had a fair number of girls interested in me during my early to mid teens because I wasn’t acting like a typical pussy-beggar and I looked over 18 even back when I was 14.

I did read various books by feminists during the 80s in an attempt to understand women better and maybe even explain why I was wary of them, but it wasn’t until I read Neil Lyndon’s No More Sex War: The Failures of Feminism during the 90s that I realized to some extent that women weren’t the blameless victims they pretended to be, but it was finding out the existence of MGTOW which proved that there were other men who opted out of relationships and furthermore, some of the MGTOW channels explained why women were the way they are that made me want to identify as a MGTOW.

Marriage: About as appealing as wood-chipper diving.
