    Basically the opposite of those “romantic comedy” type movies. I am looking for movies where a man breaks up with his girl and starts to learn the truth about women, essentially becoming MGTOW. Do such movies like that exist? Any recommendations?

    While I do not know of the type of movie plot you are looking for. I do know of several MGTOW style films.

    Easy Rider. Though, Billy should not have given that guy the middle finger at the end of the film.

    Tropic Thunder. The characters are force to take whole bottles of red pills to survive.

    Will Smith’s “I, Robot” There was no real romance in that movie. Though, it is a great mystery movie.

    The Guy Richie Sherlock Holmes films. The first movie is pretty much a love triangle with serious homosexual subtext, a thief whom Sherlock cares about, but not in a romantic way. The second film got rid of the subtext and kept the homosexual overtones.

    The Dollars Trilogy, (Fist Full of Dollars, A Few Dollars More, and The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly)

    The Evil Dead/Army of Darkness franchise goes back and forth on this. But, by the time Ash versus Evil Dead series starts, Ash is not looking for romance. An occasional one night stand. But not romance. Ash is more interested in staying alive, saving his friends, and saving the world. In that order.

    The new Marvel’s Doctor Strange movie would be view as a MGTOW movie where Doctor Strange takes the red pill and a big serving of humble pie.

    Special mention to the Doctor “House” series ending. That series ended in a very MGTOW fashion.

    Jack Reacher ditched the cute little blonde at the end of the movie and went his own way. Meaning the first one, I haven’t seen the sequel(s).

    From Paris with Love, the Travola character literally force fed his partner Red pills. I won’t spoil the ending.
