Whatever anyone thinks of Keanu’s acting skills, when it comes to the firearms stuff, HE IS THE REAL DEAL. His gunfight skills are impressive and authentic. In this clip, notice that there are not merely “shots fired”…they are fired ACCURATELY. I’ve watched the Suiting Up clip several dozen times in the past month…and watched JW and JW2 several times each…but when you see the clip below, you’ll be even more impressed with Keanu’s skill.

To each his own, I guess. The first John Wick ruled. I couldn’t finish the second. RedBox stuff at best IMHO I give the first one a 3.5 out of 5. The second one, I don’t want to bash too much seeing as yall like it.

Bladerunner 2049 is 5 Stars and then some… probably the best Sci-Fi in the last 45 years and will be for another 20.
Alien Convenant was pale in comparison to Prometheus but still got a solid 4 from me.

I have been watching Sci-Fi since 1967 (!!)

I have seen BladeRunner 2049 but having seen the original with Harrison Ford and read the Sci-Fi book on which the film was based (Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?) the new one did not do much for me.

Alien Covenant – Again have seen all the Alien movies – Alien, Alien 2, Son of Alien etc. No real kick to it any more.

JW was believable and hardcore. He’s a pro, the gun, knife and hand to hand fights are as close to real as anything we are gonna get and he gets hurt – a lot.

Check out that old movie: The Way of the Gun Truly a good movie about gun fights. Good actors and good plot.

MI – not really. After the first one (which was damned good) my revulsion for short arse Scientology freak Tom Cruise got the better of me I’m afraid. But I still watch the old Peter Graves TV series (yes I’m an old coot!)

007 – I like the current D. Craig – but my fav has always been the iconic Sean Connery. Yes I like to see him in a few more but miss Dame Judy as M – she was classic.
The f~~~wit as Q has to die – painfully.
