The bike is stripped down but rides good…I have ridden it the two miles to town  (4 miles round-trip) several times..It is a very  solid bike. No fenders no racks. Single speed, coaster brake. (no shifter or brake cables). A good foundation to build my MGHOW motorized cruiser…Will build it with (subliminal) MGTOW theme…Logo will be hidden in open view…Not sure how yet  to do this… IDEAS welcome…I plan on doing some traveling and camping.. I have a wheel chair that may be modified for a pull behind trailer. Picture shows a different seat on a shelf behind the bike.. Picture that seat sitting right over the back tire. (bobber style)..I have a large leather riding duster black that I will cut up and use to make saddle bags with or anything I need black leather for..(recovering seat) ect.  I see this thing with no chrome or silver anywhere. (flat black)..I need the 49cc four-stroke motor kit next…

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities. This so as to learn as much from misunderstanding as from understanding. Taking pleasure in worthy opponents and making language fluid and flowing like a river yet pointed and precise as a dagger. Contradicts the socialistic purpose of language and makes for a wonderful linguistic dance, A verbal martial art with constant parries that hone the weapon that is the two edged sword of my mouth.

I think Whizzer makes a kit for just that sort of thing. I heard they stopped making full bikes, but I think they’re still producing engines and conversion kits.

I have decided to buy the smallest four stroke that Harbor Freight stocks and utilize parts that I can get with no internet ordering… This way I can have total failure on the road, but have a replacement motor quickly as possible. Will order some parts the first time, such as sprockets then find a machine shop that will make them..I hope to find a reliable supply for all the parts To build reliable Bikes… This first Bike will be what I hope to make some long camping trips on.. I will document my summer trips for advertizement and  prove my product is viable transportation..I would like to build and refurbish Bikes through the winter.. Then hit the road every summer..

This 79cc predator motor is $99 at Harbor Freight. If I could find parts to build around this it would be ideal..

That looks good, but I believe most jurisdictions limit you to under 50cc. If you go 50cc or more you have to deal with a huge pain in the butt wad of paperwork and fees. Does harbor freight have a 49.9cc engine?

I could not find a 50cc or less at harbor freight..I did look because I am aware of that restriction.. My plan is to remove the stickers and ignore the motor vehicle codes. I will ditch the drivers license while traveling on my private home made conveyance..I will deal with each ticket as a private traveler.. I also plan to create my own paperwork to hand to any police who may stop me..I will not answer questions about the size of the motor and there will be no indications of the size displayed on the bike…The old saying, asking forgiveness is better than asking permission..I will force them to recognize me as a traveler..No state has the authority to regulate private travel…The states authority ends at regulating commerce on our public roads…I plan on doing no commercial Motor vehicle operating (driving)..I will insist that private travel is my right…Interpreting the laws in my favor requires that I remove the states authority to regulate me…I know I may have some tickets to deal with in the future, so my plan is to not give them a drivers license to write the ticket against.. Only give them paperwork that says I am a private traveler…Then fight each ticket (never just pay-up)… It is true that if the right to travel does not exist we no longer have a free country…I see this as my small way of standing up for our rights…I waive the privilege of driving that each state is so kind to give us in place of our right…Consent to govern my travel is hereby removed…

That 50cc motors ready for use on bicycles are expensive and must be ordered online (most times) is suspect..I have some old chainsaws under 50cc but using those puts me in a awkward position in a breakdown on the road..I have to find parts and have someone do machining. I will in a worse case pay the fine for being 30cc over the limit..That is absurd when you think about it.. It would still be better for the environment if I had the 212cc 5horse motor than using a regular car or truck..I am convinced it is more about control than any other reason for these stupid restrictions…

I will buy this sprocket and take it to my cousin..He owns a machine shop.. If he can measure and reproduce it, I will have him make them for me…I like this type better than the ones that clamp onto the spokes..

I don’t see a clutch or transmission anywhere on that engine. Directly connecting it to the drive train with a sprocket and chain without at least an idler disconnect seems a little risky to me.

The original motorcycles converted from bicycles used a slip belt and idler pulley arrangement to transmit power from the engine. When the belt was slack the engine could pop along all on its own in idle. Tightening the idler put tension on the bely, pulling it against the pulleys allowing a gradual transition from neutral to powered motion. The slip belt formed a clutch and transmission all in one. You might want to consider something like that instead of a sprocket arrangement.

I am looking for a centrifugal clutch and jack shaft arrangement..I know I have stumbled upon them before while browsing bicycle forums..The clutch with ten tooth front sprocket would work but be to fast..They make a 3:1 reduction  jack shaft..Here is the clutch alone.. and a sticker replacement that camouflages the motor size to 49cc..These clutches come 9 to 12 tooth. this is the 12 tooth..
