It is amazing isnt it when you hear about women smashing men about our privilege. But when they make these remarks especially the ones of “we dont need men we can run the world.” Just remember ladies those building you stand in and make those remarks are built by men. But let’s go a little deeper yeah? Look up at the lights or the water in the bathrooms, the power stations and dams that provide those services…heavy heavy industry, designed and built by men. Try and build these without men, oh and the machinery like Caterpillar et al designed and built for the purpose. Yeah i thought so! Don’t even start me on the invention of steel to build these.

It’s not about gender or about danger, it’s the pure and simple market. If there are less people applying to a kind of job, the market needs to pay more to have enough employees.

Not necessarily. There are many positions that can’t afford to pay more. People might take those positions if they made more but, for example, you can’t pay a ditch digger the salary of a brain surgeon just to get someone to do the job.
