I happened along this cute lil vid, and found it full of the “usual”, but hey what the f~~~.

Women in the building trades is in the rise…..Yes, more and more token women will be needed in the trades like this lil dolly single mom pipe fitter that has her nails done to be working construction, and apparently the only reason that she can have her nails done to work construction is because she doesn’t do enough of anything to break them.

It’s like when you’re driving down the highway and part of the interstate is under construction, and they have their token women out their with a flag.

Women have been WELCOMED into the Union building trades for decades because government construction jobs require the contractors to have a certain percentage of minority employees to be working on the job, but this vid is trying to make it sound like women have traditionally been kept out by the man.

It’s all just more of, “I’m Women, hear me Roar !!” Nonsense 50 years after the fact, and the vast majority are still not interested in doing what a man has to do to earn a buck, but some how Men are still holding them back….Some s~~~ shall never change in this Matrix.

I know its hilarious. Every time I see this, it is always a big fat Woman holding the Stop/Slow sign. The Men are all working.

I’m more concerned about the Women in Engineering though. Its already bad enough with the low quality of Men Engineers out there, but now with Women getting involved its a race to the bottom.

They have a lot of construction in Dallas. Its funny you mention that, I saw female construction workers twice in the last month. Cant think of ever previously seeing that.

Both looked Mexican. One was really fat and carrying coffee! LOL. She must be the coffee runner.

“C~~~! go get us some coffee since you’re f~~~ing useless around here.”

    “si senior!”

Wow I never knew you had to be a licensed sprinkler fitter. You will soon need a certificate to take a dump.

I fond women in trades funny. Part of me likes it -let them have a taste of what men do, let them be crap at it and see how equality goes when you are not equal. The other part of me says -“Never on any gang I work on!” I just like working with men. Why should I have to change something that I like and that works.

A woman is like fire -fun to play with, can warm you through and cook your food, needs constant feeding, can burn you and consume all you own

In a recent TV program about the new London underground rail project, all the ‘engineers’ in the carefully staged shots were young women.

With US student loan debt at the $1.8 trillion (yeah, with a ‘T’) mark:

And 32% of those loans in default.

Send as many women into the trades as possible because the US can’t afford to give them free money for college anymore.

Over the past year or so of me living in the area I’m living in now, there’s a lot of construction around here, particularly on the roads. You know what I see the women doing, EVERY time?

Directing traffic. Even then, they’re just nonchalantly waving the flag/holding the sign they’re given. They can’t even HOLD SIGNS RIGHT.

They can’t even HOLD SIGNS RIGHT.

Well, you need to cut them some slack because it has to be challenging to hold the sign and text at the same time.

The young lady mechanical engineer at work (with a shiny Master’s degree) didn’t realize that she’d need to strip the insulation off the ends of some wires before screwing them down on a terminal block. Ok, fine — maybe not everyone knows that… but it’s stated right in the installation manual for the equipment AND this wasn’t the first time she’d connected this sort of equipment (though last time, I’d pre-stripped the wires). When she asked me to troubleshoot her setup, and I saw what she’d done, I gently pointed out to her that she’d made a mistake. Well, she had the nerve to ARGUE with me about it… despite the fact that my background is in electronics!

A little off topic, but there was some recent construction on my typical commute that cut it down to a single lane and required flag work to direct traffic. There was an older man who was doing the flag work, and I swear, he owned it and did a hell of job at it. Not only did he handle the traffic well, but he would also work that flag like it mattered, and would smile and give a friendly head nod to drivers every time. After a couple days, I looked forward to seing him as he brightened my day. I was almost disappointed when they finished construction.

    Ok. Then do it.

That’s Boy Scout level. I could wire a plug when I was 8 years old.

Well, she had the nerve to ARGUE with me about it…

The alternative was accepting responsibility, and as we know, they don’t do accountability.

The problem with trades, is that trades are physically demanding.
These are not soft government jobs behind a desk – when pipe needs to be passed, it about slugging it out.

Since the vast majority of trades are for profit, when pumpkin pulls a “I can’t do it”, she’s going to find no callbacks for jobs. All her screaming and yelling won’t force a small business owner to continue to use her services.

Yeah, I’ve seen the same kind of s~~~. The sad thing is, the younger male engineers aren’t much better either. Too much female influence. These young men have never used their Logic and Critical thinking abilities. In fact, it seems to have been drummed out of them by their Feminist run “Education” system. On top of the p~~~ poor education they are getting they are severely lacking in “handy” skills. The stuff that Father’s used to teach their Sons out in the Garage. That is totally gone now thanks to “Fatherless America.”
