Companies do SSL-inspection on their network (except the internet banking site, at least at my workplace), so even if one logs in to some site (for example spend a coffee break on social media) by https, employer will see all the stuff the employee sees. Employers may force someone on interview to log in to his / her social media and show it. There are background checks. There are other people who know info about someone. And an incel does not have to miss from work due to a sick child or family issues, does not mention girlfriend during flufftalk, and so on.

Many ways to identify them. But would be illegal to discriminate based on this. (flip the script, if married people cannot be discriminated against, so is the word of laws about any other category of people, for example incels)
