When I was a kid watching G.I. Joe cartoons I used to think the U.S. was a force for good, now that I get my news from outside the West I have come to see that the West is far more destructive and evil than the East. Baroness, Cobra, The Russians… They were the good guys. One of my good friends who I grew up with who loved G.I. Joe as a kid went off to Desert Storm, came back severely brain damaged, and for what? As far as I am concerned the mess over there has zero to do with the U.S., no reason for a single American boot, drone, nor dollar to be over there.
