There’s a war on men, and the forces attacking boys and men are proving, again, to be particularly efficient against black boys and men: they have to deal with double discrimination, as men and as black, and the effect of such combo is devastating – the gap (178.2 vs 100) is astonishing. Worth noticing that, while racism exist and it’s a real issue, discrimination for being male is up to 6 times stronger than discrimination on the basis of the color of the skin (source: sentencing gap in USA – indeed black women receive sentences more lenient than white men for the same crime, while black women receive hasher sentence compred to white women: that’s a clear sign that, while racial discrimination exist, sex-based discrimination in sentencing is much stronger).

There’s no such thing as a family court when women earn 178.2 degrees for each 100 degrees earnt by men: since women are hypergamous, it means that most women are not gonna marrying in such conditions.

Indeed the above gap, the largest, is among blacks, and indeed among blacks the marriage rate is the lowest and single mothers are much more common than married mothers. That’s clearly even due the above gap.

Indeed most black men don’t have issues with family courts: they don’t marry, so no familiy courts.
