    Hey guys,

    Just a little outside-the-box question.

I was playing monopoly with the kids, and each time I rounded ‘Go’ I bought another house to plonk on this or that square, they generally produced a very quick return.

In real life I am not in any financial state to buy any serious assets, so I was wondering, what small assets can you guys think of that can be bought and bring in money (albeit small amounts of money of course, but which build over time).

Something like a vending machine you can fill with whatever and stick on the corner, or maybe an app in the Appstore for $3-$4. Something small and simple to make a start.

As I said, may have to think outside the box. Any ideas?

I have posted earlyer about some technology coming up soon
But it ws kept deleted each time , because of referal link i posted …

I tell you what and how it is named , and you will have to google it , and find the main site ( its belarus , not russian – technology ) …probably on a web site you will have to change the language to english … there is a lot of to study and read about this technology , and there is a lot of videos on youtube about this technology ( mostly translated from russian language to english )
I wont lie – it is a risky investment ..
    But again risk/reward ratio ..
It took me 3 months to learn about the technology ..
All the questions are answered ( for those at home sofa experts … ) now they are starting to work with professionals .. so soon it will be closed for “normal” people..

You can invest there from as little as 50 bucks …
    (I did a 7k investment, prsonaly )

So google: Sky-Way Technologies ( and its gonna be rsw systems one .. the other ones are money rising fonds helping for it .. so rsw systems will be the main web site )

    Good luck pal …

Knowledge is the best investment, expand on household savings, I’ve taken it to a whole new level and it’s starting to pay off.

Right now I’m burning Puerto Rican 10w30 heating oil in a rocket stove, I’m planting seeds in my friend’s head to build a large one for his enormous garage that will easily consume fueloil by the thousands of gallons per season.

I use chemicals like Hydrogen peroxide purchased 36% pure 5gal. then dilute it down to 3% like the drug store but starting with human grade and not technical grade like the Drug Store 3% with contaminants.

I also dilute acids H3PO4/H2SO4 for conditioning metal, adjusting PH, dissolving oxidation for rebuilding carburetors, cleaning aluminum, again the PO4 is human grade and can actually be used for cooking or making soda like Coke to dissolve your teeth.

The Regent grade Peroxide I use on everything in the kitchen, bath, laundry and floors for disinfecting, Bleach is toxic and way more expensive, also destroys the septic system whereas the peroxide raises the dissolved oxygen and promotes more aggressive aerobic bacteria instead of killing everything and chancing a failed system.

I’ve always been a hands on kinda of guy and just kept learning new skills outside of drone thinking.

We make our fertilizer and lots of other s~~~ from simply perceiving and never quitting, always seeing things through and pushing ones self beyond ones limits.

This society doesn’t hand me service bills from service drones for everything, plus the added leaching taxes for each service transaction, I cut them out of the loom on just about EVERYTHING. I service my own cars and do my own diagnostics to solve some of the most puzzling problems in these computerized multi sensor contraptions that sometimes freak each other out in a binary way that evades detection and adds to the confusion.

I buy damaged and nutcase vehicles at auction or private sale then solve the problem or do the collision repair in my own garage. I usually buy them 5 years old for 20% of the original value. I hate driving unreliable junks so I buy German or top line Japanese vehicles, I love their indestructible V6, I get them low mileage and change the synthetic oil religiously, then drive them around the circumference of the earth six or seven times without any major drive train maintenance, unlike GM, FORD, and especially CHRYSLER, seen too many premature deaths by rust, or endless mechanical failure. Mechanics know what to drive and how to keep it purring. I like the big three like a pack of feral cats and I’m a wounded bird.

I’m not bragging, there’s scientists, pilots, doctors, and some really educated men in our ranks.

I do welding and fabrication, just today I fabricated a nice stainless cuting sheet with rounded edges and a hole to hang it on, in a few minutes I’m gonna make a much smaller one with a sharpened edge got dicing, I have Goats, chickens, and by spring adding turkeys, I garden more and more heavily with each passing year and the food just keeps on coming and tastes out of this world.

I also went to flight school and learned Spanish just to f~~~ing burn my brain learning more s~~~ for mental stimulation! Already knew how to fly since I took up RC aircraft at 16 then designed and flew my own planes for years, I had more flight time and practical experience than my instructor, I was into every kind of aerobatics by that time and even tor off control surfaces and overspend catastrophic failures, I had one bird come down for a full throttle landing covered in ice.

Work out the body and mind! A fruitful life will surly follow! Allowing yourself to be mentally lazy and unchallenged will only render yourself to a life of ignorant drudgery.

I love my life! I started working when I was 11 doing motor coach (bus) repairs with an old coach builder that started his career building RR diner cars then worked building the iconic diners from the 40s’ and 50s’. When I was 11 I lost my virginity in the sexual revolution, she was 13. OMG WTF!

Back to the monopoly question, Your time is your bread and butter, waste it or learn how to add your bread and butter to a steak dinner!

You can drink, drug, and chase pussy, or you can learn something new and pile it in your bag of tricks and like a magician you pull out a trick to solve something and making your life more livable and rewarding.

I can’t bear to see kids grow up without any MANLY influence! They learn NOTHING and become a liability on the f~~~ed up society that isolated him in the first place!

F~~~ing circle of death is what we should call the modern fatherless family!

Boys without MEN stand a chance of becoming a titless women with a dick!

Better off not giving them children to begin with!

MGTOW is the only place a fatherless man can learn what it’s like to be not only a man, but a man that stands on his own!
He rises as if Jesus Christ himself removed his crippling disability!

Feminism and gynocentrism will be joining the dinosaurs along with most the western world.

Bye bye, that’s what you get by removing men from their rightful position!

We re-position! MGTOW, by far the BEST POSITION!

A better game than monopoly are Cashflow 101 and Cashflow 202: they can help you to learn the basic concepts of smart investing.

The answer to your question depends also on where you live: the USA?
If so, learn how to buy a residential property, if you can. And I mean a cash-flow positive property that you can rent out in the future.

Listen to all the audiobooks by Kiyosaki and by Dolf De Roos, especially his Commercial Real Estate audiobook.

Do not invest in risky assets: focus on capital protection and on cash flow.

I scrimped and saved until I could buy rental property. Now days, a big chunk of my income is from rents.

Land is one thing the government can not print more of.

EDIT: I strongly recommend you seek investments that pay you money.
Here is a metaphor I like: You can grow trees.
    * If you grow timber, you must cut it down to make money. Cut it once, and then it’s gone.
    * If you grow fruit trees, you can harvest the fruit for the rest of your life. And you can leave the orchard to your descendants.

Food for thought, so to speak.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

Well in Britain a lot of people made money by buying concert tickets for £50-£100 then re-selling them 2 days before the event for £1000s

Thaya re trying to stamp it out though despite there being lots of trading websites.

I had the yellow ones, and Old Kent Rd / Whitechapel. The Ripper struck twice, the fiend.

Thanks for the advice guys (particularly yours Tower, I’ll think hard on all that). If I had the money I’d certainly buy more real estate, I’ve been a Robert Kiyosaki fan for forever (check out some of his Youtubes if you get the chance, he doesn’t bother pulling his punches any more on political stuff) and only having one investment property seems horribly amateurish, but I locked in some low interest rates a few years back and can’t refinance and buy more for a couple more years. If I have any success at inexpensive incoming-generating assets I’ll let you all know.

Sorry for the double post but I wanted to say, this is a very good idea where legal. If you know something is going to sell out you can be doing a genuine service for folks who come to the party late, whether you make a reasonable profit or a butchering is up to you. And it doesn’t have to be a huge act like Pink Floyd, I knew one person turned a very good profit on UFC back when it was still a niche thing: you just have to know your market.

Indeed anything, if you are a hobbyist or know your market well, can become a paying investment. Unfortunately my hobbies have overwhelmingly been digital 🙁
