As far as money goes BINGO via Shakespeare (I think).
Anyway, wisdom is wisdom. Young-ones pay attention.

C’mon man he wasn’t bad. Sings better than me and probably you too.

Still, the song focused on borrowing but lending is bad news too.

Do not lend money, give if you must but do not lend.
Don’t f~~~ing borrow, except for a house, per Dave Ramsey.

Interest on borrowed money is for suckers. Avoid it if you can.

A screach owel sings better than me!

Back in the 30’s depression my Grandfather had the Ford with the first flat head V8.

He was so proud of it.

    Things went bad for him.

The repo Man came and took it.

    On a Saturday afternoon.

In front of the hole f~~~ing nieborhood

    He was humiliated.

He allways paid cash for everything after that.

    Just like I do.

I struggle with that , as every loan I have taken on real estate had paid handsomely , but I would guess it depends where you buy and what interest rates are.

Borrow to invest if it’s a winner is fine , but borrow to holiday and buy s~~~ is daft.

Lending well you can only lose.

Sounds like something I would sing in a bar. 🙂
