I built a business that is growing like crazy, saved a good chunk of money and invested it. Bought a couple of motorcycles since going my own way.
    Had a great time.
I did a BCA and I am far better off now (in spite of cashing out my Ex) than I would have if I had remained married.
My portfolio is far more diverse.
Pulling the plug on the marriage before my wife was ready to do the same…and completely staying out of court was a very good move. I did take some major hits, but have not only recovered but leapfrogged far past of where I was when I was still married, and financially growing at a far faster rate.

“money saved since going your own way” in my case, my wallet is literally ripping.

"It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."
