Aside from the financial drawbacks of going to college, MGTOW should avoid college at all costs if we can at all. Going to college these days for men, is like knowingly marrying a feminist.

Now, I know some of you MGTOW have to go to college, or started going back in your blue-pill years just as I did. So you either have to keep at it, or just dropout all together.

Fortunately, for me, I went to a private college and not one of these state colleges.

The average cost of an associate’s degree is $30,000 dollars, not including interest, books, or other equipment you might need for your classes. Plus, if you’re a med student, you usually have to buy extra s~~~ just to perform the mock examinations.

The average cost for a bachelor’s or higher is some where between $30,000-50,000 depending on the degree. It’s even higher if it’s a STEM degree.

    _____________________________________________________________________

Also, aside from medical fields, or certain STEM fields, most employers want at least 2-3 years of job experience. If they see a blank resume with no work history, they’re going to almost always reject your application (unless you have the all so holy vagina). But, if you’re a man, you can’t rely on quotas. Unless you’re a minority. And even then, if it’s an office type job, or a customer service type position, they’re almost always going to higher a woman before they do a man.

    _____________________________________________________________________

The only fields still worth going into are:

    Medical field

STEM fields such as computer science or engineering

    _____________________________________________________________________

Also, getting a degree doesn’t always guarantee a job. Even if you go to med school.

    _____________________________________________________________________

Now, as most of you already know, there are other costs you have to consider going into college as well. Colleges are breeding grounds for social justice warriors. Especially very liberal colleges like MIT, Harvard, or Stanford University.

The only way you’d be able to survive college is if you’d ignore all the women and manginas there. But even then, it’s of no good use because colleges are starting to force students to go to lectures that talk about the mass “rape hysteria” and if you refuse to go to these, manginas will want to beat you up and women will ruin your reputation.

    Example:

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/law-and-order/12011143/Student-driven-from-campus-after-speaking-out-against-rape-seminar.html

Not to mention, most if not all college courses require you to write “feminist” papers explaining the “evils” of the so called “patriarchy.”

Colleges are also expelling students who are just accused of sexual assault/rape.

    ____________________________________________________________________

There’s also an increasing number of colleges placing speech codes on campus.

    Example:

    _____________________________________________________________________

As a MGTOW, I see no reason to go to college. Also, if I could go back in time and tell my past self not to go, I would do so if only because of the huge debt I now have to pay off.

I’m not college educated, but I think there can still be value in going to college, just understand that you’re not there to party and make friends, that’s not why you dropped 50 grand. You did it to make more money. And also know that the world is against your opinions, especially coddled college lady babies.

Keep in mind I think a college degree used to mean something because so few people had them, but they seem less important now that everyone has one, and there aren’t enough jobs to go around.

I’ve had good luck with certifications, for cranes, heavy equipment. No 4 years of schooling and having to take social studies if you’re going to be an engineer. You go there, tell them exactly what you want to learn, and you pay a thousand bucks or so, or free if your company pays for it. And then you have a skill and get a raise on the spot. College can be a money trap, but remember, there are women who they need to fill quotas, so best bet is to go into something that women will never do, or would rather not do.

Like construction, truck driving, road repair, ect. Sure you see a few, but they usually hold the signs to direct traffic while the MEN do the actual work.

Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.

I disagree, an education is the most valuable thing you will ever have. It will serve you for the rest of your life and is something no one will ever be able to take away from you.

Education is what is left after you have forgotten all you have been taught.

But then again I come from a time and place where education was free, I did not have to pay a penny for mine ( But my parents had to pay quite a bit. But now I am supporting them so quid pro quo I guess )

If you spent all the 4-10 thousand dollars a year and time building a business instead of going to school you’d be set for life without the need for a degree. Lots of people don’t even finish school in 4 years as well it can taker 5-6 years easily. 6 years is enough time to build empires but they don’t want us realizing our potential.

I’m currently slamming into Cloud computing …so if I get f~~~ed in my divorce.. I’ll just fly a new resume and maybe move into IT mgt for cloud stuff and double my pay after the ink is dry.

I’m one of those guys with some wicked skills, yet a creature of habit and stayed put in a company for decades.

+1 for cloud computing. The bank i work for is putting some heavy bets on cloud computing to save on costs & increase flexibility. Problem is, they don’t have enough people with enough expertise to deliver. So they’re hiring cloud experts like crazy, and training a lot of in-house people.

If you can read those trends, you can become the “in-house” expert. Then run it for a year or two, then jump elsewhere for a ridiculous pay increase.

Today it’s cloud. 2-3 years ago it was mobile. Not sure what it’ll be tomorrow, but if you can keep current with those trends you can write your own checks. And learn some really interesting/cool s~~~ in the meantime.

I believe a college education has value. It is an investment. The only degree that is worth the education is a STEM program. Quite frankly, everything else is nonsense. I know two women who finished a master’s degree in sociology. They are now waiting tables at a sports bar. You know what they did before finishing that master’s degree? They waited tables at a restaurant. Yes, they are well educated waitresses.

As men, it is expected we go into a field which encourages us to build, figure out problems that have one answer (no if it is subjective then it does not count), and fixing old technology or inventing new technology. My suggestion, go to college with a real plan. You’re not there to party, that can come later when you make some real money. You’re not there to find your true love. It will be a distraction. You are there to work your investment.

If it costs you your peace of mind, then it is too expensive.

Why care what is “expected” of men.
