There are two sides to this. C~~~s always want what they can’t have, but they also only want what they can manipulate. When you withhold yourself from them, you’re giving yourself value in their eyes, but when they figure out the valued man cannot be manipulated, they will curse you.

I think the old cliché you want what you can’t have may be true. I experienced this in high school, this chick wanted me so bad, she followed me in school, followed me home, to and from football and soccer practice, and I caught her knocking on the windows in my house one night. She would not take no for an answer. I would tell her to her face that I did not want ther, and she would pursue me more.

Sometimes I wonder if all the crazy s~~~ my ex did to me during the divorce was some sick bass ackwards attempt to get me back? car chases, tracing devices, , investigators, crazy texts and emails, constant court visits. Still trying to control or manipulate me into going back to her? I don’t know, I hope not. I hope I am very wrong. Those 6 years were a fight to the death.
