Anyone know any good links for mgtow-appropriate guided meditations online?

I saw a good one posted in reply to someone’s introduction months ago that focused on the value of man and separating oneself from abusive thrashing from women, but did not bookmark it.

When I look up guided meditation I get a lot of consumer/female/gyno language which has very disruptive effects.

It may sound silly, but I “meditate” when I wash my car, work out, or go for a hike/run. “Guided meditation” is as appealing a concept to me as controlled education.

    And ^ that’s why.

Just sit with a straight back and breath normally. Put a candle in front of you if you want something to focus on. But just sit and breath. Do it everyday a for a couple of weeks and the change will take care of itself.

    Just let it happen.

Here is your meditation. Bend yourself in whatever tantric pose you feel necessary. Now, repeat over and over : Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women. Stay the f~~~ away from women.

After an hour of this chanting, you are finished.

If you don’t like candles then try a fleshlight. Might evoke visions of nebulae.

Meditation to me is like going to the gym.

Initially its unpleasant but overtime it allows you to be at peace, comfortable in your own skin, and most importantly see an objective change in your self-perception and your surroundings, including women.

    Hint: they matter less.

    Abdominal breathing”

Nope, that is what Buddhist does too. Meditation is but a tool to cultivate the state of mind they deem beneficial to them.

There is no magic in MGTOW, just recognition of the truth and logical decision how to avoid dangers. The red pill is but the truth, it is no magical potion. Do not think in this modern world men have no longer have natural enemies, men are prey to women and government.

Mindfulness meditation will be more than sufficient for your needs, most likely. Keep in mind however that meditation is not supposed to be used as a medication or a drug but rather as a way to reprogram yourself to overcome your flaws. In effect, it isn’t really much different to things like CBT.

Just practice focusing, and eventually you’ll be able to focus more and clear the noise and clutter in your head. What I like to do is lie down, close my eyes, and just be aware of the present moment. My breathing, the sounds outside, the feeling of the pillow behind my head, etc etc. Don’t try to concentrate consciously on something, whenever you encounter any ‘chatter’, just bring your attention back to the current moment. Let the chatter go away on its own. Let your body relax but be careful not to fall asleep.

The idea is to still the mind, let all the noise run its course and go away in its own time. Like anything, the best way to become good at something is to just do it repeatedly – but not monotonously – over a period of time. Do new things that require the same skills, so that your brain doesn’t get bored while repeating the same skills.
