To me, the list is endless.  It is freeing to not have to be concerned with what society has become, a hard core matriarchy where entertaining the idea of heterosexual sex with a female is tantamount to rape and where food on your table depends on the fleeting feelings of a female supervisor.

I would say the top of my list would include not giving a s~~~ about what any female or mangina thinks (feels) about anything and everything enjoy doing.

My list:

1. Relationships with women. I’ve learned their tricks and learned my lesson. Never again.

2. Sex. I’m a lifelong celibate.  I have nothing to learn or gain from sex.  Pleasure isn’t a good reason. There’s a difference between pleasure and fullfilment. My hobbies don’t bring me pleasure.  They bring me fulfillment.

3. The morals and cheap entertainment of society.  I’m pretty much off the grid when it comes to social media. I only keep in contact with a couple friends who live across the country.

4. Living up to others standards. Everyone seems to think that if you’re smart you need to use it to become rich. I don’t care about living the fast life or using wealth to gain status.  I like being by myself and left to my own devices. Peace is better than stress.

I give a s~~~ about a lot of things… In fact I would say that “giving a s~~~” is the hallmark of a good man. Actually I’d say giving a f~~~ is the hallmark but for this discussion, we can call them the same thing.

So yeah, I give a f~~~ about keeping and maintaining my personal belongings, managing my household, good food, learning new things, engaging in new experiences, being true to my word, standing behind my ethics and morals… lots of things.

What I DON’T give a f~~~ about any more is whether or not a female gets what she wants if she’s not out there working hard to get it for herself. For me, that is the crux of MGTOW. I believe the blue pill is about continuing to believe that I have a duty to society and to myself to be a disoosable utility for females and that their safety, security, survivability and happiness are up to me and that my reward for providing them with those things is the moral high ground of self-sacrifice and a bit of sex now and then, I don’t give a f~~~ about that… not since I took the red pill.

Now I am free to give a f~~~ about the things that matter to me and say to hell with what matters to a female. I may still be trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent (well, at least as a show of respect to other people’s beliefs) but I’m doing it because these are values that make my life worth living for me, not because I am a tool for females. I may also be shifty, selfish, rude, obnoxious, wasteful, aggressive, dirty and a total asshole if I so choose and believe it to be appropriate for the situation.

As a MGHOW, I’ve got nothing to lose by my own self-respect and intrinsic value. Of course I give a f~~~ about the things that will preserve that, but that’s pretty much it. If anyone else is expecting me to contribute anything to their cause, they’d better offer up something of equal value or start preparing to go without.

I run my relationships based on Merit. I see people based on what they can do. My woman is pleasing to my eyes. I know she can’t do heavy lifting, or back me up in a fight. I chose her because she is a good person, a good friend, and makes my groin and eyes happy.
