I work in the health industry at a large centre (>5000 FTE).

Roughly 70% of the people I work with are women; about 90% of subordinates and 25% of superiors are women.

Since downing the red pill, my work life has immeasurably improved.

I no longer fall for the “but I’m just a silly widdle girl” act that women love to bung on to get a man to do their dirty work for them.

I’m more assertive, more productive, and happier.

And I have to admit, I really, really enjoy watching the women go scrabbling around when they ask me to do a favour for them, and i say no.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Yep. Been there, done that. Women either find someone “up the ladder” to start sleeping with [hypergamy], or they just do a s~~~ job, in order to not have to actually work.

Try finding a niche where you can work for yourself, and watch your stress levels diminish, and your happiness & income skyrocket.

    I’m conflicted on this one.

A married blue pill can enjoy his work as an escape from married life.
I on the other hand enjoy my non work hours much more than my time at work.

    Update:

    It’s just getting better.

The women I work with are struggling to figure out how to deal with me. No more Mr Nice Guy. It’s fun.
