If you want people to join your Google hangout, you can invite your followers/friends on Google from there. Linking to it from here can get a person currently logged in with google/gmail to join your “bitch chat” unknowingly, so we have removed the link.

Please rephrase and ask them to PM you and exchange the link with them privately, or provide a link to your Google+ profile where they can friend/follow you and then you can invite them that way.

The whole “click to dox yourself” troll was started on LinkedIn and has apparently moved to other sites that people tend to stay logged into.

If you wish to remain anonymous, do not click any link without verifying that you have logged out of all systems that could potentially identify you. Note that the link itself could be forwarded to another location by a clever individual so you can not trust ANY link, no matter how innocent it may appear to be.
