    Hi Brothers,
    I have been asked to post an intro so here goes:
    My dad was f~~~ed over royally in a divorce when I was on the cusp of manhood. I was influenced by this and had little to do with women until my mid twenties. Eventually met a unicorn and went all in. Joint bank account, working like a dog and doing the cooking, cleaning etc. Here I am 13 years on with a wife who recently brought up the idea that maybe we would be better off living separately. This newsflash emotionally eviscerated me. I felt that I couldn’t have given any more. What about my kids? How would they come out of a divorce without being scarred like I was?
    After about two weeks of soul searching where I nearly convinced myself that maybe it was all my fault I came to the realization that rather than being a sad sack of s~~~ trawling local bars for women that I wouldn’t like I had another option.
    MGTOW has saved me from despair
    My future seems bright. It may be a bit s~~~ty for a year or so and I may end up with less material stuff than my wife has but so what? I can make my own decisions and do what the f~~~ I like. I don’t care about materialism and plan on going as minimalist as my life commitments will let me. My wife has moved out and I have been sorting out my home environment. A lick of paint, a ton of crap in the bin. Liberating, rejuvenating.
    I am a big fan of Stefan Molyneux and I love Big John on MGTOW is freedom. These guys have helped me see the light.

    Yes Matrix. As long as I cut all financial ties after I am fine with that.I can live cheaply and still secure my future. She has always spent every penny before I have even had the chance to earn it so any amount in the black is a bonus. Bitcoin and gold will see me right.

    That’s what women do, they spend the couple into bankruptcy.

    Even going to one salary and losing half your s~~~, in the end you are better off and no nasty credit card surprises when she says I got something to tell you.

    Every single person I know the woman destroys them financially during the marriage/relationship.

    Women are totally ridiculous and LETHAL to a man’s well being.

    Welcome! Your situation sound similar to mine 13 year marrriage 2 kids and she all a sudden wasn’t happy anymore.. after joining this group I realized that she did me a favor cheers to your new exciting future!
