It’s nice to be recognized and treated like you’re special. Men aren’t used to that. Especially at work. It’s always about “team effort”. It doesn’t take much to put a smile on a man’s face. There can be a variety of catalysts. The first major spike we noticed was a 1300% overnight surge on labor day weekend 2014 – a couple of months after the forums opened here. It was also the day after we released the “Hypergamy Doesn’t Care” trailer and article.

Was that enough to spike it 1300%? Not likely. But up to that date, MGTOW had less than 20% of the cultural online significance it is now. So today’s surge is about the same as that (in comparison). This spike represents an ENORMOUS change (more than a graphic indicates) but it’s also not sustainable and will splash down to average out.

What’s causing it, is not MGTOW.

It’s every C~~~ingpost article and daytime talk show. It’s every Cambell’s soup commercial where a wife throws a can of soup at her husband and says “make it yourself”… or a BMX X1 commercial where she dumps his belongings on the driveway and looks all pleased with herself.

I know every man here that’s been MGHOW of the day has appreciated it a lot. I know I do and I’m not used to getting that much recognition if at all. And I was very thankful to have been a MGHOW of the day for a few days when I first joined here.
