Fellas, turned forty-five recently and want you to know life gets better every day.  One simple word will help you avoid needless drama in the relationship world.  The word is “NO.”  NO, you can’t leave your make-up bag overnight.  NO, I won’t pick up your child from another man and take them to school.  NO, I wont’ help pay your rent or make your car payment.  NO, NO, NO, NO!

Also, anything involving an attorney, courts, or combination of the two flee away immediately!  It comes down to billable hours and this is all that matters to them.  There is no justice in any courtroom anywhere!  Compartmentalize your life and allow no one access to your assets, home, investments, etc.

Work hard, work out, eat healthy, earn either an advanced degree or learn a viable trade i.e. plumber, electrician, etc.  learn a language such as Spanish, invest wisely and to the maximum always when possible, and enjoy the decline all around while you advance forward.  Never, Never, Ever, allow anyone but your own child to live in your home.  Hence, no one will ever be able to claim your home, assets, or accuse you of any type of trumped up abuse allegations within your sanctuary.

Fortunately, I had several very successful male role models/mentors in my early 20’s who led me directly to the prize.  One in particular asked only that I return the favor to someone else.  This is my opportunity to make it so.  Good luck fellas!

F~~~ I would have loved to see the look on their faces, those entitled c~~~s. Trying to get you to pay for and take care of them and their children from their broken families because they lack any qualities to keep a marriage together.
