Energized by the #MeToo movement, two national advocacy groups are teaming up to lodge sexual harassment complaints against McDonald’s on behalf of 10 women who have worked at the fast food restaurant in nine cities.

The workers — one of them a 15-year-old from St. Louis — alleged groping, propositions for sex, indecent exposure and lewd comments by supervisors. According to their complaints, when the women reported the harassment, they were ignored or mocked, and in some cases suffered retaliation.

———-As with a good part of these it is old alleged events. So will the court award on the word of women or make them have real evidence.

I think you’re right, and the scary thing is that there are currently no laws or quotas forcing forcing men to get married (yet). Whereas company’s with any kind of staff numbers an HR depts will be getting some kind of diversity/quota pressure. Don’t date some bitch you’re a bad man, but employ or promote a man instead of a woman and your arse is getting sued.

I read a headline in the paper today. The supreme court in a 5-4 decision decreed that corporations could be immune to infinite #metoo claims.

They decreed the cases could be handed off to arbitration. Impartial arbiters will appease cupcake I guess.

This decision in my view is a cementing of extortion of troublesome corporate boards. Individual men could have their personal wealth looted on trumped up cash grabs, with no statute of limitations on the individuals end.

The corporate boards could easily be purged and officials replaced with politically connected scum. Shareholders will take a hit. Profits and taxes will still be be distributed. To the lapdogs who don’t rock the boat.

The test case of Uber didn’t result in significant revenue disruption. The new lapdog ceo of that company plays humble uncle that wouldn’t hurt a fly. All’s forgotten in the eyes of TPTB.

I know I’ll aspire to zero in corporations now. If I have the money to vacation for a year I’ll take it.

McDonalds is a franchise. Each location is an independent business. The parent corporation is not liable for issues at individually owned locations unless it is a matter of company wide corporate policy. They already have anti-sexual harassment text in their franchise charters. McDonalds is well protected against this sort of bulls~~~.

Look at the coffee case to see what will have to be proven in court. There’s no way in hell these laydeez can do that with just hearsay. The courts will toss this.

The only way these c~~~s will get anything is if McD’s cucks up and pays them off to avoid negative publicity. However #meetoo is proving to more and more companies that paying hush money is a losing play. If McD’s has any sense they’ll wait for this frivolous lawsuit to be tossed, and then nail these c~~~s for defamation.
