I hope Hollowmile isn’t hamburg in Hamburg, he was pretty upset about what’s happened in his city. America still has empty lots from when riots became populiar in the 60s’, vast wastelands that once were residential have emerged, looking like a mouth with a bunch of punched out teeth.

In the 1960s’ the abandoned lot was born and hasn’t gone away, only the tax-role, the taxpayer, and the buildings have gone away. The dead useless plots of land and the utilities that once serviced them have not gone away, making that municipality economically not viable. Tent city is born where all the taxes and demands made on citizens have gone away.
