Suing Women-Only Spaces In The Name of Men’s Rights

Want to hear the internet explode? Talk about “men’s rights.” But the movement is real. Activists have shifted into high gear with legal challenges to women-focused companies, university groups and civic projects. It’s #HeToo in the age of #MeToo.

Many of the activist leaders are affiliated with the National Coalition For Men. Its mission statement: “Since 1977, NCFM has been committed to ending harmful discrimination and stereotypes against boys, men, their families and the women who love them. We are a gender inclusive, nonpartisan, ethnically diverse organization that effects civil rights reform through advocacy, education, outreach, services and litigation.”

There have been challenges for decades, but the uptick in the past couple of years seems to be linked to an increase in women-only efforts — like work collectives — and the #MeToo movement, which was energized by high-profile cases involving allegations of sexual assault and harassment.

Even the U.S. Education Department, under Betsy DeVos, has become more open to civil rights complaints alleging discrimination against men and in campus rape accusations involving male suspects.

Here’s a breakdown of some of the recent challenges from #HeToo:

Yale and USC are under federal investigation for programs that are exclusively for women.

A group to get more women on the golf course shut down after settling with a plaintiff for holding women-only events.

The head of Chic CEO, which hosted online resources for women, downsized her company after settling a lawsuit alleging the group excluded men from networking events.

The Wing, an exclusive all-women co-working and social space, is under investigation by the New York City Commission on Human Rights for gender discrimination.

One of the highest-profile targets is Ladies Get Paid. It’s an organization to swap career and leadership tips. It hosted events in San Diego and Santa Monica advertised as being for women, including trans women, as well as non-binary individuals. No men allowed. Ladies Get Paid was sued for both events, decided to settle the cases and now faces tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees.

The founder said she was “stunned” and “never once thought what I was doing was controversial or offensive.” An associate of NCFM, Alfred G. Rava, represented the men who brought the suit in California and has handled some 300 other cases, many of them filed under the state’s Unruh Civil Rights Act. It outlaws discrimination based on a range of reasons, including sex, race, color, religion and sexual orientation. Barring men because of their sex fits the bill, says NCFM.

Opponents call these lawsuits a distortion of the California law. At their core, activists are battling for legal and cultural wins, and the stakes couldn’t be higher. But the men are keeping at it. Can #HeToo and #MeToo coexist?

Betsy DeVos is the Secretary of Education within the Trump Administration.

Every day it is one more good reason why voting for President Trump was a good choice to make.

Women belong in the kitchen. Problems arise when they become co-workers with men.

In the realm of intersexual dynamics women are cunning, men are stupid.

Solution is for women to create their own system of how to function best as a home-maker or men to walk away from society that they have created. As it stands, the latter is in the works.

We don’t need to sue anyone. All of us need to mind our own business. The government needs to stay out of our private and business affairs. If a woman owns a business and wants only women then it should be her right same as a man who wants to do the same. Any nationality who want to hire their own people i.e.; Latino African American, White, whatever they should be allowed to do so. There are black only schools, women’s colleges, none for men I believe or just for white people. I frankly don’t give a s~~~ who I work with or go to school with. The point is if someone does they should have that right. Adults should grow up and except it. Leave people alone and mind your own business!

Far to long all the legal action was against men, about time someone stood up and used these laws against women.

Personally, I just don’t have the motivation, desire, drive etc. etc. etc to be an MRA fighting the Matrix, but it’s NICE to see that at least they are beginning to get the gynocentric establishments panties in a bunch.

national coalition for mens rights has been at it for some time. I first heard about them attempting to help a guy who was paying child support for a kid that wasn’t even his, he just accidentally signed for a certified letter cus the first or last name was similar, and the judge ordered this random totally unrelated guy to pay child support.

If i wasn’t on the road all the time i’d support them by joining a chapter or the like, but it’s pretty pointless since i’m so mobile.

Murph ~ There is nothing brave or manly about entering into a contract with somebody which allows them to take your money, assets, children, and decades of your future income on a mere whim.

Man Bashing is in itself a “cottage Industry” for a myriad of genotypes. WOMEN(Disrespected,Inferior.&Abused). Lawyers(Family court is self perpetual thus generates traffic/revenue). Judges(same as lawyers). Civil service employees(dept of HEW,CPS,EBT/SNAP,etc.)Let’s not forget police, sherriff, private investigation, etc.

MRA’s need to overcome a steep hurdle, but actually if they did BOTH SIDES there would be even more revenue via prolonged traffic from both sides.

Everything the Left does is a human rights abuse. Good to see men finally standing up and fighting back.

It will and besides, doing nothing certainly won’t make a difference at all.

I’m going to explain something. It’s just lawyers doing something that is REAL law for change. These guys know that sooner or later, there will be no law left to practice since it will become a judgment of who favors who.

Are they going to make ANY dent? Nope. Is VAWA still around? Yup. Things are slowly going even keel in places since the politicians themselves and people leading the charge of things like DV got caught in the same fly trap these organizations in the government enforced.

Battling with Feminists is always going to be a losing battle. They will just go under another cover of law, and go that way. Same tricks. Its headlines, but that’s about it.

What should really surprise you is that if you do a simple one off google search, these men’s organizations NEVER SHOW UP on the radar. Heck, this is the first time I have ever heard of them.

How stupid is it that all these organizations exist yet they are kept “Shadowbanned” out of existence.

Hell, more people know about AMREN then these folks I’m sure. But that’s just how it is. Men’s groups really don’t have a footing in our Drama all the time culture.

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home

Once the lawyers realise there’s blood in the water and there’s is money to be made, it will be open season in reverse as the sharks move in and start bringing lawsuits against women’s organisations. serves them right, splc got hit the same way

May you walk in peace and happiness, May you and all mgtow, near and far walk in peace and happiness.
