I have to disagree with my brother Gambit on this one. A woman knows NOTHING about being a man therefore it is not logical that she could instill in a man what it is to be a man. If someone knows nothing about math how can they teach math to anyone?

My father left when I was a year old.

My childhood was spent with my mother (not necessarily ‘raised’ by her because she didn’t care about me) and a few years with my grandmother.

And you guys can create all sorts of theories about guys growing up without a father and how messed up they are, etc

But when you are done doing that and claiming guys raised by women are a ‘shell of a man’ (LOL), etc:

When you are all done with that:

My net worth will still be higher than yours.

I will still be spending summer 2017 skydiving 4-5 days a week.

And my life is a textbook example of how to live free of any restraints or chains of the blue pill lie.

I am not disagreeing with this at all. I just think that a man can find his way even if he was raised by his mother. He can learn from the examples of other men in history, other men around him, etc.

There are always outliers to every statistic. However, the numbers do not lie. Boys raised by single mothers have a much higher suicide rate. Just because it didn’t happen to you, doesn’t make the facts untrue. Not sure when this became a p~~~ing contest.

Personally, I lived 13 years of my life without a real parental figure.

I was in & out of foster homes and orphanages most of my life.

Today, I’m 9 months from finishing my MBA in Supply Chain Management, hoping to start a business to save life’s.

Growing up is about learning from your mistakes, forgiving those who wronged you, and having an intolerance for complacency.

Theses thing allowed me to get where am I.

Truthfully, I think children could go their own way if they continually seek knowledge.

I ran across their bedroom, jumped on his back and slammed his head into a wall multiple times as my mother got out from under the pillow struggling to breath.

It gave her enough time to get out and run to a neighbor’s house that called the police.

11 years old, and there I was in training to become a shell of a man.

Which only speaks to the incredible incompetence of single mothers as parents. It really says nothing about fathers, because fathers, by sample selection, are not part of that set. Your arguments are not fine grained enough for your conclusions.

To get the real story you have to compare the statistics for boys raised by single mothers to that of orphans and boys raised by widows. There aren’t a lot of full-on orphans out there in the west to make a large enough sample size, but children of widows, in general, do significantly better than boys raised by single mothers, despite both groups lacking fathers. This shows that the problem is not necessarily the lack of a father in the home so much as it’s simply single mothers themselves.
