I actually believe this should be pursued.

Especially if the woman has cheated on him. Also especially in cases where the woman just married him for him to pay off her debts or pay for her college, and then she divorces him. In some states adultery is still a prosecutable crime. I would also go after them that way.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

This is the way it is, any man who marries in this day is in for a life of pain. Even the new tax laws favor the woman in a divorce. While being able to sue for fraud would be justice served and even if a judge ruled in your favor, it would be appealed and overturned simply to preserve the status quo.

Women marry for money, everything comes down to this, every decision from having kids to where they live is ultimately based on her desire for money, they love spending money, the government and the corporations want them to spend money and will do anything to help the woman get it. Do you think they will ever allow a man to sue his ex- wife for fraud? Not going to happen.
