There is a joy in doing things that are performances based. Hitting your marks, no mistakes, and things done on a time grid. What ever it is you do for a liveing, try it with a metranome going. If your doing math equasiins, or wrenching on a car, 8 secondes to loosen each nut. No faster, no slower. If your doing math..5 seconds to each equsion. No faster, no slower. Not as easy as you think. I chalange you to get up in front of an audiance and perform something. Comedy night. Get up and do 5 minutes. I mean hell, who cant work for 5 minutes right? Try it. Comunity theatre. Try resiteing lines in front of an audience. F~~~~~ry?
Do it once then run your damn mouth about it.

And hell while Im on my art rant..

There are two things IMO that are indicaters of a great scociety.

Exploreation and great art. Here in the USA we are about niether any more.

Dudes, my my, what polarity when it cums to dancing.

I enjoyed dancing, I was pretty damn good, Square dance to the East Cost Slide and going at it with the brothers with some fancy ass footwork!

Mom taught me to dance 50’s sockhop style, she taught me the FACT that MEN ALWAYS LEAD, F~~~~~S always FOLLOW!

P.S. She was also in roller derby leading to my liking of the movie Rollerball.

In a crumbling society that falls toward tyranny and fascism, the first people that tend to get the boot are most likely the artists/entrepeneurs/outside the box thinkers. I agree with your statement sir. And that’s badass! There’s no other feeling in the world like going into a circle, hitting the beats of the live musicians/DJs and having people go apes~~~. It’s one of the best highs I’ve ever gotten. Feel on top of the world.

I saw some New Zeland and Samoa dancers in Hawaii that were doing some seriously kick your ass type dances for war parties with blunt weapons. The fire dancers we all male and very athletic. Kata is a dance too. Dance is an excellent way to express male strength and power.

These are the kinds of people I used to dance with in Berlin Tresor.

I would leave the house at around 11.30hrs and drive 30 minutes into town. Get my supplies for the night, then be on the floor till 08.00hrs next morning. If I still felt good I could go to another “Breakfast” club and continue. It was pure hedonism. I made a reputation for myself as I had leared my moves from Northern Soul in the early 80’s

I always found that the only people left on the floor after six hours straight physical excertions were the guys. It was a moment we shared and no one had to say a dam thing to each other. It was tribal. Like we were dancing round some prehistoric fire a thousand years ago. The girls could only watch. They were already spent.

I’m not Gay and nor were most of the people I danced with. We just wanted a good time lost in our own world for 8 hrs straight. Leaving the club dripping with sweat but excillerated. Best time of my life. Before, I used to go clubbing to try and pick up women, but a waste of time. Muuch money spent no pussy gained. I gave up on that and went out for myself. I would dance with my eyes shut most of the time completely in my own world. Totally ignoring women. And the funny thing was, that when I stopped checking women, and just concentrated on a good time for me, They were all over me.
