The idea behind us evil men not wanting it comes to evolution and our lizard brain.

We are animals that strive for reproduction by our lizard brain even if we do not intentionally want it our lizard brain craves it thereby hotter a woman is the more likely you are to not use a condom (aka so if she gets pregnant you won the game reproduction wise).
