Media and Date Rape Defendants

2 MDs were accused of date rape by a younger female (also MD) under the pretense of providing career counseling/guidance. She accuses they drugged and raped her. Media frenzy on these 2 guys for months and the “victims” assertions. But they were acquitted (late last year) by a female judge.

Media is quiet. No one to speak in their favor- about the impact on their careers, families, reputation. Zilch. Fair enough. But this “journalist” has the audacity to cry foul just because someone accused of rape wasn’t hung out to dry. It’s infuriating to read that just because the accuser was an “ideal complainant” the men should automatically be guilty. An ideal f~~~ing complainant! Seriously. Forget the evidence.

When does justice stop being justice? As soon as it doesn’t get you innocent males in the gas chamber.

Courts, law and due process …. have no meaning any more.

I read it again and she actually wrote, ” No one takes issue with this central tenet of jurisprudence — that a defendant is considered innocent until the evidence proves otherwise”.

So what she is saying what we all know to be true – guilty until proven innocent. And even that’s not enough.

This whale of a journalist (Rosie DiManno).   She is upset the two doctors got off free?  This bitch should be more concerned about her health, not about rape.  It’s clear that the accuser was falsely accused the two doctors.
