Matteo Salvini: Italian deputy prime minister can be tried for kidnapping, court rules

An Italian court has ruled that Italy’s deputy prime minister and interior minister, Matteo Salvini, can face trial for kidnapping.

Mr Salvini was placed under investigation for alleged abuse of power and holding people against their will after he refused to let 150 migrants disembark from a rescue ship which had been docked in Sicily for six days last year.

The migrants were eventually allowed to land, but since then Mr Salvini has tightened the screws and is refusing to let any rescue ships into Italian ports.

“I risk between 3 and 15 years in jail for having blocked illicit migrants from coming to Italy. I am speechless,” Mr Salvini wrote on Twitter.

Just imagine if someone who lived in Italy, by the end of the day got the home addresses of those that made the ruling. Then branched out and located the family members of those people. Then if Salvini went to prison, the family members of the court died screaming.

The problem is people believe in society’s brainwashing that tells us that only the state has the right to murder… that we just have to take it up the ass from people in authority. People in authority have mothers, siblings, wives, children that they love. I’m sure they don’t want to watch them die screaming in agony begging for their lives.

Do you think the Western countries would have the unjust divorce court systems if people went out and burned alive 50,000 children of divorce court judges to retaliate? The slaves are only slaves because they won’t slit their master’s throats while they sleep — because they have been brainwashed from birth to believe in society’s bulls~~~.

Most governments have laws giving immunity to government officials in the process of performing their government duties with the sole exception being if the official is doing something directly illegally, which is not the case here.

The anti-nationalist judges are twisting the Italian law to the point of breaking. This could create a precedent which could come back to cause all of the Italian government, including the judiciary, to be tried.

When you get a man that makes a call for a no nonsense simple & positive action that makes logical sense by using the arm of government authority, (A MAN being in a position of power) you can not make this call without forcing the hand of another agency to do the work for you. Let me explain. As the Italian Deputy Prime Minister, you have to act not directly, but indirectly at all times. You have to make that call and flow through a process that makes the actual person who is responsible for the call have some kind of bureaucratic scapegoat.

This is a problem for Men since we don’t go call the garage everytime the Low pressure tire light goes on, but we fill the tire with air.
The model of government that allows this kind of “Twisting” of laws is designed that way in order to make it close to impossible to hold anyone accountable for an action. However, this is exactly how actions are to be implemented as it points the finger to some Paper and not the person. So the call to action is from a piece of legislation or law or quite literally, a Paper Tiger.

Sadly, in politics, this is needed to get the job done if you are a man who wants to make concrete actions. Its is the same effect as having an organizations like the FBI, the NSA, TSA, CIA , IRS , etc. These organizations conduct their actions in an almost faceless manor and method. They site to arcane Paper Tigers (laws, regulations, or legislation) through a back channel to get these actions completed.

The position of Italian Deputy Prime Minister does not jive well with the Italian Bluntness of action that is similar to a work ethic of a man who sees a problem and tackles it. Or more naturally, how a man has a tendency to fix things that he see’s broken, or find solutions to problems quickly being a male trait.

What is in effect being done here is throwing in women’s feelings in the mix, and then using that as a basis of law to counteract any positive action taken by a man. So in theory, he could of done this only if he had used some kind of scapegoat or “passed the buck” on to someone else in order to justify that action. It’s the dumbest practice of “Law” there is. However, almost all our laws are based on having some kind loophole that would defeat any action taken, or slow it down in a sense.

TO take this a step further, if you tried to make a Logical diagram of the LAW’s, you would quickly find out that there is no real way to write any kind of flow chart or hierarchy that makes sense when you try to put it all down on paper. That’s the magic trick!

If Google Maps could give you instructions on how to get there, it would be unable to do so under the current model of law. That’s what so weird about current laws. There is no real Direction that these laws can go. The map looks alot more like a Mesh network of the Internet then it does any kind of Blueprint for a building.

The idea is to provide alternative routes to every road with all of paths coming to the originating point of circle that can continue forever. Ingenious if you are a lawyer. This “gray area” is there for the specific reason to only circumvent any kind of completion. It’s why every year, we have to pass new laws, that already have laws that do the same thing, but only to provide more routes to hold back any sort of progress that can be achieved, and keep the Lawyers, and politics in a never ending loop. (e.g. , for example Job Security)

The proper response to all this is for him to file some obscure law that states that their actions are void due to some error such as the boat not being cleared for Dock due to Health and Safety, Violations of some kind of Welfare act, or stating that they don’t have the Medical skills in order to provide “reasonable accommodation of care” etc. etc..

This is the kind of bulls~~~ that they pull. And reasonably, the best action is to tell them to go f~~~ off. Since the one thing they don’t want you to do is take any sort of Physical action impeding their Paper Tiger.

This is the real reason why they go to such great lengths in order to hide the identity of not only Law enforcement, but anyone who works inside the government. This is a real problem for a Public Official. And this is how they allow this to happen day in and day out. Its one of the reasons why Cops have their cars parked behind gates. They also do not like anyone filming around places where these people park their cars, or happen be patrons of around the place of work.

Thanks to so many advertisers out there and of course Facebook, Social Media, all these people have a footprint that makes it Impossible for them to hide. This also is one of the reasons why they go to such great lengths to hide the full name and Identity of Sheriffs, Police, Judges and all supporting staff.

If you look on any ticket, you will see that one of the reasons why they dislike Paper Printed tickets is that it gives out the full name of the officer in question. It also is the reason why the Legal system does not want anyone to go paperless since digital signature framework would be required.

This is why they bring up these kids of suits through a lawyer to provide some kind of anonymity to the person they are going after. Rarely to Lawyers face any kind of blowback. They also make sure that in these cases, they do everything they can to keep people who are being represented by these folks under some kind of Umbrella.

They make it hard on purpose to find the names of Lawyers or law firms for example that these people use in order to start the Paper Tiger war on the target.

The idea if you want to eliminate such issues is to do just as you say. However, as we run into the digital front, this makes it even easier for these people to no longer be able to hide form their past. Each person has a Digital Fingerprint of themselves. Even if they change their name etc that points to them. Kind of like Meta Data on a person that builds the image of that identity or person without even knowing the name.

Its one of the reasons why Social Media had to be controlled by these folks, since if that got out, it would be HELL for these people to do what they do if the people affected could target them directly. However, that’s the old way of doing things. Learn from their examples, and target them without ever you being the person to be pointed out. Remember, they ARE dependent of others following their will. If the chain breaks at any point, they are powerless and vulnerable.

The great thing about today? You can do this almost effortlessly, and and that is why they go to such great lengths to rob you of any financial resources you could use in order to render you powerless. However, once that control on your finances is diminished, (Crypto for example) its a real problem that they can’t just take away your Fiscal power to build or contract any kind of counter action that you see fit. (If it’s good for the goose, it’s good for the Gander so to speak) Its put their actions on a real world playing field, and that is exactly what they do not want.

Technology has set many men free to do as they wish. But men MUST take the actions or you will be doomed to be not only their slave, but their actual servant.

THe best way to think about these “Deep State” is to imagine driving on racing slicks in the rain or Snow. Sure, they are STILL tires, they are made of rubber, but it’s just to keep the wheels spinning and make sure people don’t go anywhere. If they do happen to move, it’s very sluggish, and almost impossible to gain a foothold of traction or leverage anywhere. The Idea is just to make it so exhausting, people give up. Kind of like Apathy on steroids.

War can always lead to rebuilding. What needs to happen is that the outcome of any action must be so solid, that even afterwards, there is no more rebuilding the system that they put in place. Jon Doe thing where we go in a circle. One can argue that the judges themselves also have the same immunity and will argue for it when the time comes. It’s all a game of theatre if you ask me. The trend has been for years that the person who is the one leading gets to call the shots. If everyone in that culture or scope of influence in Italian society unilaterally says that its bulls~~~, then and only then can any progress be made. But That’s why there needs to be physical actions and repercussions in order to make the masses see this.

People just Blindly listen to often. But without that fine line, we have no structure to our Societies. And therefore, it’s not a great place to live if you happen to not be like everyone else. Its strange thing that in order to have good, you have to have some kind of bad in order for the system to work.

However, what we have here is a CLEAR distinction of GOOD Vs. Absolute Incarnate evil. The goal is not to help or do anything positive overall, but to inflict a one world line of thinking that will continue to erode any sense of pride or progress that has been achieved. It’s a sick puppy that’s for sure.

Seems great on the surface, but the real plan is has no limit to the amount of suffering that it will cause to just about everyone.

It’s so pathetic, but when you look right down into it, the actions of those that are willing to subvert Italy and its people is JAW DROPPING!

But somehow, as long as the problem is “OVER THERE” and it does not affect everyone in mass (Kind of like how Air pollution does) its seems to never get any traction or attention until the problem is to great and its to late.
