As much as I want nature to clean up San Francisco, that much openly-burning s~~~ could be smelled in New York.

I live in upper Midwest, and have noticed the reddish pink sun rises for the past week or two. I think it might be from the smoke in the atmosphere. It looks kind of cool.

I guarantee all of the casualties are men. The women probably phoned in sick, if there were any women. They can’t hold a line, they can’t haul anything, and in the end someone has to carry them out because they can’t use their equipment correctly.

There have been people arrested this year, and pretty much every year, for deliberately starting fires. Often they are responsible for more than one fire.

Hey MGTOWERS I’m finally back. In more ways than one. During the time we were down I was first in California and then in Oregon. The heat and the fires ran me out of there. I was back packing near Yosemite and had to run for my life from a fire. I wasn’t in real danger but I would have been had I stayed put. I had planned to stay camping out west till October. I came back home two weeks ago. My kids were worried about me.

All these fires as once seems a little fishy (not tuna). I am well aware that incompetent campers start many a fire but this seems extreme. I do remember ISIS calling on its followers to strike at “great satan’s” infrastructure and starting a fire with all the environmental mismanagement of the forests is damn easy.

On this i agree that it’s suspicious. Fires don’t just happen and most campers are responsible and firepits are pretty fool proof. I don’t know if it’s isis or some fool trying to create a global warming panic, but these fires are intentionally set.
