Imagine the scenario of a woman getting pulled over by the cops and yelling rape…. does that now mean the cop is going to jail on a womans word… Cause last I checked you cant take anything a woman says as truth. And this is something women already try to do.

And isn’t the definition of rape so vague now that even disagreeing with a woman is a mental assault or some BS like that.

The heart of justice is “innocent until proven guilty,” based on the premise that it’s better to let the guilty walk free than to punish the innocent. The evidence must leave no reasonable doubt that the accused is innocent before he can be convicted.

If there is no evidence that the “victim” resisted, then there is reasonable doubt that a rape actually occurred.
