Not completely the docs fault. The stupid colleges only train them this way now. The places they work for have treatment protocols they have to follow. No one really tries to cure a disease (unless the antibiotics/antivirals can kill it). It’s all about maintenance and unless they are in a private practice that diagnoses and treats to cure a problem, you are not going to get it from anywhere else.

I had an ex girlfriend who had herpes and didn’t tell me until after we had sex 4 different times. We had been dating for about 2 months too.

Lucky for me I used a condom every time, still was terribly frigtening and embarassing to get tested for HSV-2 with a blood test. You have to specially request it. I got one 6 months and a year interval to make sure antibodies were developed if an infection was present.

All clean but man what a nightmare for anyone to go through.

It happened to me at least twice.

First time, it was a girl I had seen a few times. She called me by another name during… that was one of many red flags. Incase you need the mother of all red pills, I have a pic of her on the patio from my previous residence.

Those antibiotics do you a lot of damage as well you know Tetracylcin can cause permanent visual loss.

I was on a high dosage of Metronidazole for 4 weeks for major abscess that had travelled form tooth root into my throat.
