everyone should ask for jury trials..
everyone should get set free by Jury nullification
with the exception of those criminals running the
injustice system..

Just try to find a lawyer who will sue another lawyer.
If you are unlucky enough to find one he will lose and they will

They normally never give a defendant the chance to ask for a ruling
or present his reason for believing the statute is in conflict with
the supreme law of the land..You can be wrong about the law and still be found
innocent of evil motives..If you had every good faith reason to believe you are acting within the written law then they cannot find you had motive..even if your incorrect in your interpretation of said law..
