    This s~~~ is f~~~ing insane. Why is someone with this warped view of fairness allowed to make any decisions?

    I mean what does it mean to “encourage the promotion of women”? To encourage the promotion of women would mean to prefer promoting women as opposed to men. This kind of sexism should not be tolerated at any level. Encourage the promotion of people deemed most suited to the job.

    And the s~~~ about “mass underrepresentation” playing a role is lunacy as well. Promote on merit, not gender, bitch.

    A great win. The truth is that women are given a pass in work ALL THE TIME. In fact they are usually only successful because of the passes they get throughout their careers. Thankfully this trend is naturally lessening.

    I hope you’re right. I see some competent women out there from time to time, but most are just a joke in the workplace. They rely on “sisterhood” and/or blue pilled boss to get by.
