I have to say, this is one reason why I’m hesitant to buy a house. Because of squatters alone. I’d rather live in an RV or at least a high rise condo. At least then, you wouldn’t have any squatters in those places.

I hate squatters so much. If they ended up doing that to my place, I don’t give a s~~~ if I were to jail for some fake DV case. I’d end up dragging them out by their feet and throwing them out of my place.

Simple solution: call the police, when they come and she puts up an argument of it being her home, have the homeowner and the illegal squatter show their IDs and then match the address. It’s that simple. If she has no ID, then she can’t prove its hers, and if the homeowner does have ID and proves its his house, case solved.
