If I have a duty to help, then they have a duty to obey. Any woman that disobeys a man’s order should immediately be put in jail for a few years.

I will call 911. That’s the end of my duty.

I’m not a lawyer, but the term duty can’t mean putting my life at risk.

If I am injured, I can’t work and don’t eat. So f~~~ off.

Perform cpr on someone I don’t know, get a disease, f~~~ no.

Wasn’t there a video out sometime ago where a feminist was levying rape charges on a lifeguard who saved her from drowning? She claimed that he tried to sexually assault her by doing compressions and trying to do mouth to mouth.
Unless you are a paid professional, you shouldn’t have a duty to act.

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.

    ^ Found it here:

A man saved me from drowning, but now I am suing him for rape because he touched me.

And now I’m reading it for the first time, and can’t believe what I’m seeing here.

I was disgusted at this hairy man having felt it appropriate to touch my body like that. To grab me forcefully and pull me in what ever direction HE wanted to go. He took control of my body down there in the cold water, when I was unconscious and unable to look out for myself, he touched my all-but-bikini bare body when I was KNOCKED out and unable to struggle. Him, being a white man, felt he had the right to possess my milky body – to put his rough hands on my innocent flesh and command my body to come with him to the surface. I did NOT give him consent, in fact I was UNABLE to give consent and yet he grabbed me around my waist and gripped my hand and pressed my body against his like we he wanted to engage in aquatic sex.

I am now charging or suing or whatever this man for rape – because what he did is literally the definition of rape – he exerted his Patriarchal power over me and did stuff to my body without my consent. Sure, he saved me from drowning, but if we start excusing rape just because our rapists did a nice thing to us, we’re really just excusing rape culture. I know a lot of misogynists and anti-feminists are going to be all like “hurr durr, you should thank that man for saving you, you wouldn’t be there without him, he only touched you because he needed to save you from downing” Oh yeah and by that shoddy logic we should excuse serial killers for being nice to hitchhikers and picking them up before killing them. The truth is HE RAPED ME, HE PUT HIS HANDS ON ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT, and regardless of saving my life or not, he needs his due punishment for violating me in that disgusting way. If you don’t see anything wrong with what he did, you’re a rape apologist. Sure it was kind of a nice thing to do to save me and all, but that doesn’t excuse him raping me.

IS THIS BITCH SERIOUS? Does she even have a triple digit IQ??? I don’t even know where to start with this. F~~~, there’s nothing I can point out here that isn’t obviously wrong. Just read it.

I mean, is this actually a serious post? Maybe it really is a joke?

That’s the problem. Reality is such a joke that it’s no longer possible to differentiate satire from the real thing.

This has to be a joke. I did read it and it seems like deliberate satire…or she is Absolutely Insane:) There is no in between on this one.

It’s a joke. It’s satire to be sure. I’d say give it six months though and we might be laughing on the other side of our faces…

Whatever happened to swim at your own risk…no lifeguard on duty? I just crossed the Canary Islands off my bucket list. Oh, wait! It was never ON my bucket list.

One time, many years ago, I grabbed a women around the waste to prevent her from a serious fall. She was infuriated thinking that I was in some way assaulting her.

I was in an office, and a ‘lady’ colleague was coming the other way carrying some files. I opened the glass door as I was there first, and beckoned her to come through. Just being polite – nothing more. She started having a go at me saying she could open her own doors. So I slammed the door in her face and walked off. Stupid b*tch.

He said: “They watched from a distance as the woman entered the water by herself to swim. The man was shouting something to her from the sand, but they couldn’t hear what it was.

“He said something to her, (but) the woman paid him no attention and the man left. The next thing the other group saw was the woman floating face down in the water.

“Autopsy showed no sign of any violence, no marks, bruises or any other type of marks. Water was found in the lungs.”

A Civil Guard spokesman said that there were no signs of violence on O’Donovan’s body and that money was found in her purse and she was wearing an expensive watch, suggesting their was no sign of a robbery.

I am sorry, but how was this the guy’s fault?

Sure he was with her, but she went into the water on her own volition, she didn’t accidentally fall in. We were told avoid swimming at night due to risk of jellyfish, other sea mammals and also lack of help. And no swimming if you have been drinking heavily.

I was trained as a first aider and part of an emergency response team, and the first thing they tell you is not to rush into a situation without making sure you understand the hazards in the dangerzone. Do not put yourself in harms way either without backup.

the only possible duty to assist is calling the cops if you witness a crime or medical emergency in place.

Are you a lifeguard? Are you trained to perform rescues?
Are you being paid for offduty service (like cops are)? If the answer is no to these questions, you jump in to save a random person, and chances are both of you will be dead instead of 1 person.

^ Now that you mention it, I think that’s exactly what happened to someone not long ago. Maybe within the past couple of years? I think there was a story where an old lady was drowning in a lake, and a guy who couldn’t even swim jumped in to save her and they both died.

It actually happens pretty often unfortunately. Most sad when one family member is swept away in a flood or something and another jumps in to try to save, and both end up drowning.

Probably the safest thing an untrained person can do to save a drowning person is to throw an object to them that can float. In their attempt to keep their head out of the water, they’ll instinctually latch onto the would-be rescuer and push down under the water, drowning them both.

    I don’t f~~~ing believe it!
The gynocentric overlords have declared that touching a woman is sexual misconduct.
The man got punished for doing the right thing!
Why the f~~~ didn’t she just put on her big girl panties and just save herself like she’s supposed to do?

Yes, it is a joke. She is a troll. And a good one apparently. Check out this article that criticizes her for satirizing rape culture…

You don’t even have to touch to be accused of rape.

It cannot be said with certainty that the artist and the actress made even fleeting physical contact. CCTV images showed only that they walked past each other.
Yet the woman, who is in her 60s, claimed Mr Pearson sexually assaulted her – penetratively – for ‘two or three seconds’.
This was followed, she insisted, by a violent blow to her left shoulder. Images of the moments before and after they passed were captured from CCTV and shown to a jury during Mr Pearson’s three-day trial at Blackfriars Crown Court in London last week.
They plainly demonstrated, his lawyer Mark Bagshaw said, that the allegation was not true. How could it be, he asked, given the half-second time frame? Indeed, the images showed his client walking at a normal pace. He never broke stride.
