Some background. Last week I quit my job. I did not give two weeks. Why the f~~~ should I be miserable for two weeks to help a c~~~ out?

Get the f~~~ over it dude. Maybe if he really cared he would have done something about it, BEFORE you left. At the very least he could ask WHY you quit, because i have a feeling there’s a lot of other people in the exact same environment, either not working as hard as they could be or thinking about quitting too because of how f~~~ing miserable that fat cow makes them.

Oh well, that’s just the ridiculous world we live in these days. On the plus side, the fact that he is butthurt enough to talk about it on Facebook means you probably were a valuable (if underappreciated) employee and you are missed. If you spin this the right way, it might even work in your favor. Be honest with your future employers about what happened, tell them what you want and why you quit in the first place. I have a feeling you will find at least one sympathetic man who has been f~~~ed around but a femc~~~ HR dept too…but then again, what the f~~~ do i know. At least you’re not still stuck in that hellhole.

If it was something that guy hurt your future job prospects, I’d sue him for libel. Back before the online scene, you’d be able to go outside and settle this let men, but those days are long gone.

I totally agree. This defo Italy sounds like defamation of character and making your private employment affairs public information. I don’t know what the law is a surrounding this so can’t say if laws have been broken but he has certainly potentially damaged your reputation.
