If her accusation is true then there a multiple witnesses and even possibly video evidence. The first witness would be the Doctor who applied the stitches and who more likely than not assessed her injuries. The second would be any witnesses at the shooting of the film which by the sounds of this production where many. On top of all of this there is also supposedly video evidence of this happening. If a rape did actually occur there are several witnesses and even video evidence of it. I don’t think this is something that none of the witnesses would speak out about. Nor do I think that someone would actually do something like that in an environment where they can be so easily be caught and proven guilty. This just boils down to a very extraordinary claim; it has more likely than not never been taken to the police and lacks any real evidence or commitment on the part of the complainant. This case if it were to be investigated would be easy to solve and the guy would be charged with nearly without question. Of course this is assuming that everything said by the accuser was indeed true. I think there is only one conclusion to come to is that the claim is at the very least highly questionable or false. Yet since feminists have no standards and a complete disregard for ethics, they will more likely than not push a narrative against porn based on a unsubstantiated and questionable claim. Honestly shame on the media for publicizing this accusation further. If someone claims to be a victim of a violent crime the only thing one should do is insist they go to the police.

I can’t imagine that the porn industry doesn’t basically have safewords or half a dozen other logical bits that the rest of the film industry does. . . such as yelling the word ‘cut’.

That said, the porn industry is full of drug-addled psychos who can barely remember what films they’ve done, or what substances they were on when they did them.

Cali tried to regulate the porn industry . . . and, hey, guess what? You can film anywhere. Like, say, Florida. Where much of the porn industry moved to. Too much money, too many opportunities for filming.

I used to live in New England, which used to have an economy. . . but it turns out that people are aware that they can move a company to lower-regulatory environments, and basically just pack up and go, and that many of their employees will go with them.

I see this lawsuit going nowhere. Either a) her career is at least temporarily done, at which point she will snort her savings in a week or two and probably drop the suit, or b) the lawsuit will be made to look as stupid as it actually is.

In another, but lesser known case of a male porn star being accused (and eventually convicted) of rape:

The former male porn star ‘Jack Venice’ (real name – Christopher Reid) who served two tours in Iraq as a US Marine, got into porn after his military service.

He performed in over 200 scenes before going to Pullman, Washington (Washington State University) to party one weekend in 2007.

A sorority girl that he never even met or knew claimed that he put one of his fingers inside of her vagina. Which due to it being a form of ‘penetration’ under Washington State law, met the criteria for rape.

He was charged and convicted and is now in a Washington State prison. Apparently the jury considered him guilty already since the prosecutor’s emphasized his history as a male porn performer.
