The Red Coats are the official dress uniform and the black overcoats are rain gear worn over the dress uniforms during inclement weather.

Each soldier does however have an “edged” weapon that they can use upon need, these include bayonet, saber, pole arm, etc. It depends upon the unit which “edged” weapon soldiers are issued.

I figured they’d most likely have live ammo stored on site in case of a SHTF scenario or when they’re on high alert for a terrorist incident etc. It is the Queens guard after all.

I think it has to do with the f~~~ing guards being dressed in such a comical fashion.

Why would the queens guards need to be dressed in long sleeves and bearskins especially in the hot summer? that s~~~ will produce heatstroke and would be inefective in battle.

However i do agree on one issue as they do not deserve to be treated like s~~~. I already know what it is like to be treated like s~~~ by the scum of the earth during working shifts.

Id go for the side of the head route but i would not know what punishment id get for it if i was in that position (i do not work in security).

Side of the head works. Debilitating, not necessarily crippling. A nice dummy effect. I was pondering how authority can do anything to a citizen by clearly stating “Stop Resisting” then it becomes a legal beat down. Like a dictator shooting the back of a head.

I can understand what you mean about customer abuse, it’s been a few years since I’ve dealt with that but did have dreams of beating them down. Their abuse was on every level.

The biggest problem is there is no real argument with customers as the customers will just f~~~ing complain online, or go to the news or try speaking to the highest manager.

Getting in a tirade against a customer no matter how deserved will at least get you f~~~ing talked to by the manager if not fired for it.

I have had customers f~~~ing try to call corporate on my ass right the spot because of some bulls~~~ belief that we were scamming and other times i have fought with costumers thinking i shorted them of change (aka the bills is behind the reciept) or even thinking i stole their credit cards.

Customers are the biggest pig f~~~ers around and i do have fantasies of mowing them down sometimes.
