Well, as you probably know, milk is full of hormones and god knows what! Additionally; as you grow older you become increasingly lactose intolerant – i get acne within a week if i drink just 1 cup on a daily basis; so yeah, there is something not right in it.
How are you going to enjoy your cereal now? 🙁 Or, find a good cheap easy source of protein? as most protein supplements are dairy based!

There are so many health reasons to get away from Milk.

WELL! Media and pretty much society ( especially women ) would point you towards SOY!

Now, for the past few years i’ve been noticing a cover up on the effects of phytoestrogens ( plant estrogens ) on the internet.
it seems that the net has been flooded with “phyoestrogens don’t do anything,” despite the fact that phytoestrogens are used for freaking estrogen treatments and that includes transgender crap (dudes trying to grow t~~~)

i also have first hand experience with the effects; when i first started working out (15-16ish), i went with a 50/50 of Soy/Milk protein supplement ratio to best match my heritage/genetics ( i’m half Chinese ). Within a month of daily consumption my nipples became tender, few weeks later, milk ( LOL, yeah…). I stopped the soy, about a month later went back to normal… more or less.

So, why would anyone want to cover up the fact that phytoestrogens are 2-5x MORE effective than estrogen?
Soy companies would probably relish this idea as increased phytoestrogens means increased breast growth! So, sales would absolutely sky rocket from women.
Well, maybe cosmetic surgeons would be against the idea? Well, f~~~; it’s not like most women would have the discipline to increase her Soy intake to increase her breast size!

    I can’t really think of a reason for it…
Well… aside from MAYBE, just MAYBE! It’s that feminists are trying to turn men into pussies?
The Japanese population consumes Soy on a regular basis.
And the Japanese are absolutely notorious! for their manginas!
So, the concept of effectiveness already has a real life proof, so it’s not as like a women would be coming up with something new 😛
It would be entirely within their realm to come up with this tactic.

Or, perhaps could it be that the governments are trying to pacify the populations via turning all of the men into a bunch of manginas? It’s not like it would be a first; water fluoridation was a population control tactic used by hitler, of which is commonly used in north america!

Have you noticed how that every pretty boy pussy mangina drinks Soy?

    Thoughts?

This covers most of the bases on milk.
Do your own googling on any facts you think he might be making stuff up about..

Keep THE F~~~ away from Soy! (unless it’s fermented)

w0w, great video so far; ~15 minutes in and things are just clicking in.

just noticing now that since i’ve stopped drinking milk ( stopped a year ago ), i haven’t really gotten sick that much, despite the fact that i’m eating a little bit less healthy in general ( been eating out for lunch ). i used to get sick every time someone else got sick… every time. But now i’m finding that i can make it through a couple rounds without catching the cold or whatever. So far, only really twice this past year 🙂

i’ll have to finish the vid later when i have the time, but i am certainly sucked in :S

I am doing my best to avoid GMO (genetically modified organism) foods, also foods with pesticides in them — this rules out most soy products.

The WHO has already declared that five of the major chemical herbicides used to grow GMO crops are either likely or definitely cancerous …

I avoid meats that were raised on antibiotics and growth hormones. I don’t believe they are harmless in the first place. I see no reason to task my liver with dealing with long-chain organic molecules that will do me no good, even if they are harmless.

I stopped drinking milk sometime in the late 80’s. I was never a big milk drinker. Mostly apple, cran or other juices when I could find them with low sugar. Now, I subsist on mainly filtered water, coffee, beer and whiskey…

Still like cheese though, good stinky cheese with bread and beer. Awesome.

I’ve always found eating breakfast cereals as an adult to be a bit juvenile. All the people I know who do so appear to be attempting to relive their childhoods through eating sugary cereals and collecting toys. Well I collect vehicles and eat bacon and fried eggs for breakfast so no loss there.

I do, however, consume a lot more milk than I would like in the context of coffee. Not that I can point to it as making me sick, really, but I think it makes it harder for me to manage my weight and I’m working to cut it out completely.

As for soy products… I have no empirical evidence to support this but I heard about the plant estrogens and compared that to my experiences of men in Japan and decided to limit my intake of soy as much as possible. So I’ll have a few edamame with my sushi but that’s about it. Come to think about it, I never really liked edamame. Now I’ll have to pay more attention to what I’m consuming that might have soy proteins hidden in it.

At my age, I need to avoid feminizing chemicals in my diet as much as possible. I’ve seen what masculinizing chemicals can do to women so I know the reverse is possible.

Funny how they call themselves “feminists” yet reject everything that is feminine. Just a thought.

This video is a fascinating insight into how we started having breakfast cereals.
They’re a marketing miracle and just about all processed food we eat now is based on W. K. Keloggs genius.
We all think cereals are normal now. They’re not, they’re an insulin high, first meal of the day.

First of all food is not the enemy here it’s the big corporations putting the chemicals in YOUR food to keep you addicted.

The only milk humans should be drinking is human milk. Cow milk was made for their calfs. Only reason why it’s sold is because it’s so cheap to produce and BIG profits. Don’t forget the growth hormones, antibacterial meds and teet pus coming with that! The pasteurization process kills most live cultures anyway that would help us..

Eat organic non Gmo oatmeal for breakfast. A cardiologist recommended it to me.. A plastic bag full of processed wheat flakes won’t make you “stronger”…but it sure will make your wallet “lighter”!

Look up how big food corps don’t want their foods to be labeled as GMO (only handful of states won that vote). How they put fluoride in our water, and cover us with radiation BEFORE flying anywhere, etc…

I suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and I’m starting to think that might be due to the kind of cereals I have.
Any ideas on what alternatives to have in the morning?
I also started drinking tea about a decade ago which probably doesn’t help either!

I think of cereal as chicken fodder. Junk food. S~~~ to stuff your face with. Not “food”.

2 pieces of fruit in the morning. + a boiled egg….. grapefruit …… croissant maybe……. rarely toast…. ABSOLUTELY NO BAGELS (that’s like 6 pieces of toast)….. coffee….. fresh OJ…… bananas…. peaches….. pears….. yoghurt and berries…… cheese omelette on Sundays. Keep it ” fresh” as often as possible.

That’s been my breakfast menu for YEARS.

And… don’t forget bacon. Breakfast of Champions. It’s my vice.
Oh … and I have an IV hooked up to my arm for espresso coffee.

Two eggs fried in butter, three strips of bacon, black coffee with coconut oil blended in. On days when I’m expecting to have an early lunch, I’ll do a cup of water with flax, coconut and chia seeds. Let it sit for a while so the chia seeds do their thing and then drink it in one shot.

I love toast almost as much as I love English muffins but I just can’t eat carbohydrates in the morning and expect to not feel like s~~~ all day. So a three egg omelette with sausage, mushrooms and cheddar cheese with an English muffin on the side is my “last meal” treat that I’ll do maybe once a month… at the Peppermill at 4am after a night of heavy drinking. Gotta moderate that moderation, you know!

I had rice krispies an hour ago and already my stomach is starting to churn…

Rice crispies is just sugar.. it’s been cooked to pre-geletanise the starches (break them down into simpler sugars). Avoid them like the plague!

Oatmeal made with water and a pinch of salt.. and go to town on the oatmeal, it’s not very calorific compared to wheat or sugar-added cereals.. Or something protein based (Eggs are good).

I refuse to eat the soy-based food substitutes. I’ll keep my b~~~~, thank you.
I like soup for breakfast. Something with some protein and fat in it. And sourdough toast, or a croissant. With butter, no margarine. Bacon is good, but it tends to give me heartburn with the nuclear-grade coffee that starts my day.
Cereal makes me feel bloated in the morning. Too much sugar and starch. Late at night to cure the munchies? Bring it on! Oatmeal or other whole grain hot cereal is also better at night (for me).
Eggs are good anytime. Cheese in moderation. Meats and veggies in large quantities. Generally no soy at all except soy sauce. Fresh-caught trout in season. I’m too far from the sea to buy much fresh seafood. Oh, and I really like beans of all kinds. Spice them up with various herbs, chilies, and throw in some other veggies. Great winter food, and cheap too. They make you fart too, a nice bonus if you’re going to the mall or some other crowded place.
I eat pasta only in small quantities. When travelling in Italy I noticed that pasta as a main dish was only in the tourist restaurants. As a side dish it’s great. As a meal it’s like having a loaf of bread for dinner.
I recently started eating yogurt, but I don’t like it plain, so it’s more of a dessert.
One good thing about living alone for so long is that I have learned to cook the things I like, and to make them really tasty. Did you know that cooking is fun, and easy, and much more suited to the male mind than to the average female mind? That’s why almost all the really great chefs are men. Get a copy of “The Joy of Cooking” at the used book store (I stole mine from an ex GF). It has all the basic info. you need to be a good instinctive cook so after a little while you don’t need recipes at all. You can have gourmet chow for less than eating in a s~~~ restaurant, and you get to watch war movies while you eat!

Yep. Mainstream fitness advice is heavily geared towards women. The hate over fat, for example: Men naturally need higher levels of healthy (and sometimes unhealthy) fats in their diets to keep hormonal health functioning, but most fitness advice tells people to cut down on them. Long bouts of cardio is another one; men respond a lot better to shorter, more intense sessions of cardio, but there’s all these “experts” telling men to work out the same way as women.

True, true. Cooking at home is not only more healthy and less expensive, but the experience of preparation, cooking, eating and cleaning are pleasurable and build self-esteem. “I f~~~ing made this and it was awesome!” said very few women, ever.

I recently acquired a pressure cooker and last night I made a two pound pork loin with onions, garlic and apples in under an hour. The protein cost me less than $8 and the other ingredients probably less than $1.50 total and I’ll be eating that for the rest of the week. I even baked my own bread to make a bun for a pork loin sandwich for today’s lunch.

    Yes, ladies, we’re baking.
