Or the castaway TV show that split the groups into Males and Females. The female group just sat on the beach all day doing nothing apart from sunning themselves. Eventually they had to send men into the female camp to get things done.

I might even watch this film when it comes out.

I have come to the opinion that women are remaking and demanding remakes of cultural media and literature because they lack the talent, drive, and conscientiousness to make their own.

Because of this they high jack or attempt to high jack classics, movies, comics, and movies to demonstrate the feminist point of view rather than produce their own.

In other words, using men’s accomplishments to promote a feminist agenda.

These movies are not getting done unless Hollywood br(ass) thinks they are a money making deal for them.

I can’t see them keep going now that the female remakes so far have done poorly. Even Wonder Why Woman didn’t do well when compared to other big picture summer releases.

They thought they would get all the women to come out and “support” them if they pander to vagina. Simple as that. It is not working out as rosily predicted.

Took Marvel comics getting their asses handed to them, fiscally, to realize this stupid gender repackaging is not going to pan out. Not when it alienates the big portion of their customer bases. I know Marvel/DC has agreements with the movie companies and maybe that part of the “empire” hasn’t woken up to how bad it is going pandering to women at the expense of men who grew up reading the storylines only to find Marvel turning their lifelong heroes into women. For the sake of sexist pandering for a much smaller fanbase of female dollars.

What guy wants to read these comics or sit through these movies? Marvel took a brick to the b~~~~ to figure it out. Hollywood hasn’t lost enough money yet to figure out guys are not going to go to these movies. They DRIVE women to movies. If they are not going the women are not going – not in the same numbers. Apparently.

Further it’s just a lack of insight and creativity. Rebooting stuff is often the same thing. Gender swap/rebooting is doubly awful.

On a higher level it’s about blurring gender lines. It’s idiotic. It’s to keep people confused, or make them confused.

Am I the only one fine with this? Usually I agree that these feminist remakes are garbage but an island of women disintegrating into chaos seems appropriate to me. If anything this book should have been about women to begin with. I like to think men stranded on an island would form some kind of organised society, women not so much.
