keep reading and researching, mgtow would have never became necessary if people treated each other fairly according to God established roles for gender and family.

don’t be bitter either. keep forgiving even if no one says sorry.

cultivate peace and contentment. find God. find work you enjoy and work on your skillset. learn to do more than 1 thing for money (all legit), preferably 2 or 3.

don’t talk about mgtow to other men. most of these people are not ready to be unplugged and will turn on you.
