Yea HVAC / electrical, is big. One of my boys just finished a training program and landed a job within a couple of weeks.Almost 6 figures. Technicians of all sorts are in short supply. I may take a welding course this summer.

All you have to do is look at trends, obviously since no fault divorce and women having increasing rights and privileges, divorces are very common now days.

So being a divorce lawyer or selling whatever products that are aimed at women and specially at pleasing them will net you a ton of money.

Women spend money that they don’t have on s~~~ they don’t need, this is specially true when they are not emotionally right in the head.

This is more true in the sex market, if you can get a hold of a supplier and enough capital you can start your operation from a known retail site or open your own with edgy marketing.

Never ask what you can do for society, ask what society has a consumer need for.

Excellent post Jan, point being there is work to be had.

Trucking, HVAC, plumbing will be in demand for the foreseeable future.

Also a one stop shop for single ladies would be a great entrepreneurial start with Dildos, cat food, boxed wine, etc.

Not sure Trucking is a good career now, i mean if you’re in the career now and close-ish to retirement then maybe you’ll be ok. But if you’re just starting out looking for a career, look elsewhere. Automated trucking is coming, probably in the next 10 years ‘trucking’ as a human career will be over. There will be a transitional time where ‘drivers’ become passangers just to baby sit the computers and teach it how to navigate unusual road conditions and situations. And then at some point they will be fully automated when the AI is good enough. These machines are on the road now among us in limited testing areas.
