Anonymous3Hmm, it’s been some time since I last posted, and I’ve had some adventures with being a new GNU/Linux user.
Consider your threat model and why you need to enforce security and privacy features. If you’re trying to run from Global adversaries, unless your some kind of wizard with an IQ of 200, you will lose since they have unlimited resources to track you down. It doesn’t mean you should just give up your privacy though, at best you can have obnoxious marketing companies stop profiting off of you.
The privacy and security stuff can drive you insane, so take things slowly, and be ready to keep learning and keep building. Some days I drive my hair out of my head since when I think I fix something, there are ten new problems that emerge.
