How the groups that pay the least amount of taxes always consume the most amount of Government services?

It’s not quite a one to one relationship. There are a lot of people who pay almost no taxes, but also consume almost no government services. It’s just that those who consume the most services overwhelmingly also who pay no taxes.

Really it should be thought of in terms of net taxes rather than total tax. Some people pay a lot of taxes, but also consume a lot of taxes as well. So-called corporate welfare is an example of this. Some pay little to no tax but also consume little no no tax. They are fiscal ghosts as far as the government is concerned. Then there are those who pay a lot of tax while consuming nothing and those who pay nothing while consuming everything. The idea is to keep the total net taxes paid greater than the total net taxes consumed.

    We don’t.

To the tune of $20,000,000,000,000 in debt and counting.
