Let’s say this would take place 30 years or later in the future. We have a population of roughly 7 billion people and 99% of the human population is wiped by lets say a virus (ever seen the show Last Man on Earth?). You would have roughly around 70 million people on the earth scattered across the continents.

Now let’s say the internet is still alive somehow and every webpage, every youtube video, everything that accessible today in 2016. It’s 2046, and human civilization as it is with no system. (no government, society , materialistic stuff as it’s no longer being produced, etc.) and a good 70% people discovered scientific ideas to create a civilization from The Venus Project or The Zeitgeist Movement. We create this resource based economy, nobody has to work for a living, (of course you need people to fix the machines possibly), and we supposedly become this type 1 civilization.

Since 99% of the population (which a great number of them are feminists, liberals, etc), is gone, most ideologies may exist again because of the internet info and history repeats itself or society has evolved or got along better.
